I ran low on my medication so my daughter paid to ship my medication to our place in Colorado. She entrusted them with the package to the UPS store and they told her that it was not a problem and they would deliver within a few days. The tracking stated that it had been delivered to my front porch in Edwards, CO. Unfortunately, it was never delivered to my address. I called the store to have them check into it and track my package for real and find out what happened to it. They told me they would investigate the delivery and have an answer for me within 10 days. In the meantime, they called my daughter and basically told her they were not going to spend much time looking for my package because it was not “valuable”. I think every package that is entrusted to them should be considered important enough to get it to the person it was intended for because that is what the sender paid for! I will probably NEVER ship anything….valuable or not with UPS ever again!

This is an update on my lost package. I never heard back from the UPS store as to what happened to my package with my medication in it. I had my daughter send another package USPS because I did not trust UPS to get it to me or even care that I never received the original package! USPS at least got it to me! I will NEVER use UPS again! Worst customer service ever! I doubt that they even tried to locate my missing package!! Do not accept a package if you do not even care what happens to it or where it ends up!!

I have been a box holder at this location for a few years and want to leave a review for Wray Brown. He is always professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Many other locations are less expensive but the reason I keep my box at this location is the great service I get from Wray. Steve Box 122

I usually go to a UPS store downtown, and it is wonderful... They print off labels for me... And I'm sure a few times they've charged me like $.50. And that's fine but usually they don't. THIS store charged me three dollars per label. These are labels that are already pre-paid for by the company that I am returning them to. They did inform me that I would be charged for it, and I said that's fine... Assuming that it would be like $.10 or something. As I stood there, I watched another customer as he made a lady pay a dollar to drop her post office box with him even though the postman was coming any minute and he wouldn't even have to store her package. This guy nickels and dimes everyone and told me that he has for 20 years and that I should go to a different UPS store next time. And I said no problem I will never be back.

I took a small box of shoes to return to Nike. Worker claimed someone would need to print off a label. I showed him Nike instructions that clearly state label can be generated at ups store if they scan QR code. Worker acted ignorant on how todo such so I left and took to another ups store

If you’re printing here, make sure you know they charge +$1.50 every 3 minutes logging in a computer. You may not aware of this because they probably just mention one part of their long detailed terms and conditions.

I received excellent service from the lady that assisted me with the mountain of copies I needed. A young man helped with my mailing. Great service from all employees. I visited on Wednesday.

Needed to send an envelope overnight. UPS store Inwood Village quoted $95. USPS charged $26.95 for next-day Saturday delivery, $100 insurance included, with refund if not received.

Was charged for a prepaid return label to printed- $3.24, not told there was charge when I initially asked if they can even print it for me as my printer is broken. Never been charged at other locations. Was told each are individually owned. I suggested they disclose how much something costs when a customer inquiries about a service before doing it. Go to the location off Forrest & Royal, they don’t charge for this type of label printing.

Everyone here is always so nice helpful and professional. I need to use them for Christmas gift shipping and a TON of Amazon returns (what can I say, I shop a lot haha) They have cards and decorative shipping containers for sale and they are really hood at packing fragile items . They offer printing services. As well as mail box rental Anyway today I met a new trainee , D'uane. And I think he's gonna fit right in. Super friendly just like his boss and efficient I highly recommend this UPS store location

I arrived 10 minutes before close on a Sunday to mail a package. I told Dean, the employee working that day, that I needed to print the label off for my return package. He said that it wasn't possible. I told him I had the file on a PDF; suddenly it became possible. I asked him how I could print the label, and he rudely pointed at the copy machine, saying, "Have it. But we close at 4pm." The copy machine was out of paper, so I couldn't print all the pages I needed. I asked Dean if he could reload the paper. He said they were out of paper. I asked if that was actually the case since there were reams of paper for sale. He said he couldn't help and was closing. He was needlessly rude and incredibly unhelpful. I won't go to this location again.
