Probably the weirdest interaction I've ever had at a UPS store. Weird to go thru this in a nice area as such. Felt like they were rushing me out the store but I want to make sure my item is packaged properly to ship. I brought a label printed with me. They didn't offer to box my item; i asked if I can get it boxed properly. He said it would cost me. I said yes I understand, I would still like the box. Then he looks around confused, laughs around with his coworkers behind him who were sitting, not doing anything. They talk about what to package it in. Confusion continues. They ask me if a bag would work, i said anything is fine as long as my item goes inside a box or whatever and isn't exposed.
It was just weird interaction. Really made me feel uncomfortable. I understand the low stars at this location. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you don't have a choice.
Also parking is DIFFICULT.

The folks that work here are usually very nice and helpful. However, today the lady that helped me tried to brush me off by repeatedly telling me to have a good day when I was trying to ask questions. One of the other employees noticed, and he waved at me and smiled. She had an attitude that I did not appreciate and I was genuinely being nice.

I was trying to return a rug to Amazon. Unfortunately we no longer had the plastic packaging it arrived in, because I had to tear it open to see if the rug would work in the area or not. All I gathered from the online instructions was to print the return label and take it to UPS. We walked in and, instead of someone willing to provide guidance and help, we were basically told tough luck without the original packaging. It was disappointing to say the least. I’d like to give just 1 star but am giving 3 stars ONLY because of TONY. He obviously overheard the discussion and popped around the corner with suggestions. Thank you Tony for caring enough to try to help your customers versus discourage them. Our world would be a better place with more people like Tony.
We left and went to a moving store to buy plastic and tape, then headed to a different UPS location. We asked to borrow scissors to cut the plastic but the gentleman instead came out from behind the counter and helped us. He said he could wrap the rug with supplies behind the counter, that we didn’t need to use the plastic sheeting we’d bought. It was amazing the difference in customer service from one location to another.
If everyone tried being a little kinder and supportive to each other, our world would be a better place. Maybe the original employee was having a bad day. If so, I hope it got better. Perhaps the employee simply didn’t know it was okay to try to help customers. If so, I hope a lesson was learned. But again, our world would be a better place if more people simply practiced kindness.

10/10 experience today! It’s not often that when a customer walks through the door employees immediately stop what they’re doing to rush to help the customer. That’s what this team at UPS does. Great customer service! And a special shoutout to the young woman that saw me walk in and knew which package was mine just by memory. You’re doing a great job! I recommend raises for the team working today. They go above and beyond and definitely improve the client experience and keep us coming back.

Under construction and they say still opened but they act like you are working for them. Not helpful at all, yesterday wouldn’t help with label and today they turned down a return because the box was too large but really had no other reason. AVOID this location.

Tony was so very thoughtful and helpful. I had 3 different kinds of returns and he walked me through everything all while smiling and just being nice in general. I really appreciate the customer service at this store!

Super service from Tony. Lately we have sent many shipment of family heirlooms from Christmas decor, framed photos, art and fine china. I appreciate Tony’s professionalism and cheery smile. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. I’d recommend this location given the over the top experience.

The worst experience I ever have
In the beginning I had great experience with this store. But since the new manager Tony arrived, everything have been one horrible experience after another.
1. I have always gotten all shipments packed by them to make sure, if something happens they do full refund to me or to my clients.
2. Since Tony the manager arrived, we have had 6 breakages in shipments sent by him. The other employee that always work with me (he is an angel and do such great work) even tried to help showing how my packages have to be shipped.
3. After these breackages, we contacted Tony by phone by email and told him the specific clients for whom we were doing claims. He always had a different excuse to my staff.
4. Because of this, I went personally and showed him all documentation needed. I had all receipts and paperwork wit printed pictures of each claim. He saw all the claims and told me, he did not needed my paper documentation. He had everything he needed to file the claims…
5. After that we called and mentioned the claims while we were bringing other packages to be shipped… sometimes he was not there or he was too busy and telling me he was working on the claims. To the point where the required 30 days for a claim passed and he didn’t completed the claims.
6. Tony then proceeded to never send an email informing us that these claims where never filed. Not until a member of my staff comes to deliver a package that he casually inform my staff that he could not file these claims. Let’s remember they packed these items, I brought the paperwork in person and my staff have contacted him during the right time…..
7. After that we have contacted them several times and all tony says is that he can’t cover the claims…..
8. Tony will never give us his boss information neither the store owner’s information.
9. Obviously we will escalate this to corporate. This have been the worst experience we have had with UPS so far. They pack the items they charge you extra for insurance, tell you they will take care of you and do the claims, then claims are never done…….
10. If I would have known this, I would have never trusted Tony neither his word to file these claims. And take this directly to UPS.
11. Tony deceived me and told me that he was going to do these claims because they were all shipped at the same day. And here we are. We have had to take care of the clients and still loose the money from the items we shipped. Then loose more money because we had to either do refunds or ship new items.
In conclusion this has been the worst experience I have had in any UPS store. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. We were giving them so much business and I have decided, never again.

When I walked in no one was working at the front of the store. There appeared to be two employees in the back half of the store, and they both yelled at me from across the store to use their self service kiosk rather than walking up to the front counter to help me. The employees give the impression that they don't want to be bothered with helping customers. First UPS store I have ever felt unwelcomed. What a disappointing customer service experience. The last time I was in store a couple of weeks prior, there was a young man working that was very loudly sharing a very inappropriate story with a customer in front of everyone. You could cut the air with a knife with how uncomfortable the customers in line were. I recommend going elsewhere if you need to go to a UPS store and care about professionalism or customer service.
