Had a 401k check express mail 2 days delivery and payed to get it in 2 days I thought driver drove right passed me so I got into to my vehicle flagged him down.check wasn't on his truck they put it on the wrong truck .I took off work so I wouldn’t miss him waste a whole dam day ups. is garbage

Today I had such an incredible experience with UPS. A gentleman named Robert stopped by Comerica bank to drop off some packages, and it just so happened i needed to go to ups later that day. I asked him could I give him my package and he responded, “yes of course” . As I began having technical difficulties with printing out my shipping label, Robert waited patiently although he had other stops to make. Ultimately, after about 5-10 minutes of waiting he had to go. He gave me one of those ups post it notes and wrote down his number and said he comes during the week days and if I have the package ready he will try to come grab it for me. He then left. About 30 minutes later I was able to get my label
Printed off and attached to my package. I texted the number he gave me with no intention of seeing him the same day. However, about an hour or so later he stopped back at my branch just to grab my package so I wouldn’t have to drive to UPS after work. I mean , he truly went above and beyond.. and you just don’t get that level
Of customer service anymore. I thanked him so much, and just reiterated how grateful I was for that.. he continues to say well “ you know why I came back ?” And I said .. “were u already in the area ?” He responds “ No, but because UPS starts with U… I’m glad I could make your day” … and all I could do was smile. He then went on about his day. Truly a wonderful employee.

I got hired for the Christmas season. It would have been my sixth Christmas season to work for them. I WORKED ONE DAY AND DIDNT GET PAID or offered more work. They sent me a W 2 with an incorrect name on it for the amount I should have got paid but never got a check. It is impossible to talk to anybody to get my check.maybe this will help.

Iphone 14 was supposed to be delivered WITH signature, but was left at my front door sliced completely open, IPHONE GONE. Took the day off work, so that I could be home for this specific reason and no one ever knocked on the door or rang my doorbell to get signature. Which is weird, if you didn't STEAL the item inside the box, why wouldn't you knock for signature? Anyway, we have everything captured on our neighbors Ring doorbell, so there is no lying your way out of this one. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

tell the employees that park across the street on the church parking lot to walk on the side walk and not on the middle of the road. There’s literally no light and dude is walking on the middle of the road almost got plastered

Hopefully whoever sees this can do something about the water waste from the sprinklers on chalk hill. They run all day some days just creating huge piles of water which is great mosquito breeding and pretending like we aren’t in a severe draught

My package was never even delivered to me. I live in Fort Worth and for some reason its setting in Chalk Hill in Dallas. Been there since the 23rd of March with no movement. Customer service agents lie to me, these centers have no communication whatsoever. This facility has a disconnected number. No accountability whatsover. Good thing I bought through an Amazon seller and Amazon is investigating to get me a refund on what I bought. Will never buy from anyone ever again that uses UPS and will never ship again using UPS. Billion dollar company that has the worst tracking and most incompetent customer service departnent I have ever seen.
