Iphone 14 was supposed to be delivered WITH signature, but was left at my front door sliced completely open, IPHONE GONE. Took the day off work, so that I could be home for this specific reason and no one ever knocked on the door or rang my doorbell to get signature. Which is weird, if you didn't STEAL the item inside the box, why wouldn't you knock for signature? Anyway, we have everything captured on our neighbors Ring doorbell, so there is no lying your way out of this one. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

tell the employees that park across the street on the church parking lot to walk on the side walk and not on the middle of the road. There’s literally no light and dude is walking on the middle of the road almost got plastered

Hopefully whoever sees this can do something about the water waste from the sprinklers on chalk hill. They run all day some days just creating huge piles of water which is great mosquito breeding and pretending like we aren’t in a severe draught

My package was never even delivered to me. I live in Fort Worth and for some reason its setting in Chalk Hill in Dallas. Been there since the 23rd of March with no movement. Customer service agents lie to me, these centers have no communication whatsoever. This facility has a disconnected number. No accountability whatsover. Good thing I bought through an Amazon seller and Amazon is investigating to get me a refund on what I bought. Will never buy from anyone ever again that uses UPS and will never ship again using UPS. Billion dollar company that has the worst tracking and most incompetent customer service departnent I have ever seen.

Nothing but problems dealing with this location. My UPS driver never leaves my packages, so I have to come here to pick them up. Every time, employees have parked in all of the customer parking, AND they fill up the handicapped parking areas as well. A really bad customer experience - so bad I have asked all of my vendors to use a different shipping option. Used to love UPS and my driver, but I guess things have changed.

This place is rude and unprofessional. They work hours that are not posted anywhere except inside their door. If you get a pickup notice from UPS that says you can pick up all day, this location says NO. Can't pick up between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm because no one is there. Lady at door is rude. Talked to me with food in her mouth and no mask even though there is a mask order in Dallas County. Tells me that it doesn't matter what I was told by UPS customer service about their hours or by the email I was sent, because that isn't them at the location. Told her I drove 20 miles and it was only 10:44 am. She still would not help. Told me I would just have to come back at 5:30 pm even though that is an over an hour round trip. Someone needs to clean house at this place. Giving UPS a bad name.

My pal lace was there 4am got an email saying at 7 am it was ready for pick up . Went at 245 and the security guard said can’t pick it up till 530 cuz no one was there . Really . I have a night job . Called ups head quarters it diss it’s up to the location to choose there hours and no number to call .

Waited two hours for the person in charge to tell me an several others that they didn’t know people were waiting and had closed down. After several complains from us they decided to get our packages. Everyone got there package except for me. The person in charge did not want to give me my package after waiting for two hours. I was at the center from 8pm to about 10pm on a Friday night. Not only but I had to use their unsanitary phone in order to call there extension in order to tell them about my package and they still didn’t get it done after they said they would. There was nothing to sanitize the phone with nor did anyone sanitize it while everyone was forced to call in there order. The person in charge was very rude and disrespectful.
