I visited this location today and Ms. Jessica greeted me quickly with a warm smile and served me immediately. I needed 3 things accomplished: A document notarized, 25 copies and computer printing, Jessica took care of everything GLADLY! Professionally and made it very easy for me.
I love this location too, convenient parking and easy in and out. I plan to return again, it’s DEFINITELY worth the extra travel miles.

Today I had a great experience at this UPS location, I was helped by Jasline and she was amazing. She made the process of shipping my items very easy, I will be making this my main store because the whole staff is friendly and helpful

Today I went to today to this UPS store to have something printed,hugo was very very helpful he has a lot patience because I wasn’t able to figure out how to get it to print and has great customer service I will continue coming to this location this location is wayyy better than Mesquite.100%

The service here is always excellent—fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly staff. My only suggestion is for management to reconsider the $1.00 fee to forward an Amazon label to the store. Other UPS locations, such as the one at Oak Lawn, don’t charge this fee, so I’m not sure why this one does. Aside from that, all other services here are top-notch.

The manger he wasn't there tried to resend a package to germany that got sent back to me they couldn't figure out the tariff codes so they started getting really rude when I told them it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing it was apparent they did not then I've got 3 young girls telling me to get out. He won't be.back till nxt week .

Absolutely terrible location, I ordered a $1000+ item from a seller in the Metroplex area and these bozos decided to ship it without the power supply, then didn't bother to contact the shipper to let him know that they failed to ship a critical part which put him on the line for covering a $1000 chargeback. He had to make a special trip to retrieve the power supply and then they charged him again to ship that to me, and several days later (it was supposed to be delivered yesterday) it's still not arrived. I'm not sure if it's UPS or their fault, but given their previous incompetence with packing and shipping I'm inclined to believe it's on them for shipping it late. If you need something shipped correctly and on time, I would strongly suggest using another location and shipper.
