This store is close to home and the staff here is fun and friendly! They informed me I was able to mail out my USPS stuff too and that saved me a trip to the post office! Thanks UPS team!

š The store manager, Carrington, and his entire staff (Charisse often helps me) offer stellar customer service every single time! I asked them if they are family owned-operated because they act like a tight-knit family. While they aren't, they have clearly created a family out of their team. If there is ever a line, they acknowledge everyone and get us through it quickly. If you are looking for incredible customer service and simply a fun place to ship your items, go out of your way to this location- it is worth the drive!

This is hands down my fave UPS store. Every single employee is friendly when you walk in and they always make sure to take care of you as quickly as possible. I received excellent service from Charisse today and it made my day.

Iāve lived half a mile away for 10 years. I use this UPS store primarily for Amazon returns and wine deliveries (I have to sign for them). Very convenient and never have to wait long. Iāve known Spencer the whole time but heās promoted and rarely at this store now. Good employees.

I drop off packages at this UPS store frequently. The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient. Especially the tall guy. There can be several people in line and someone will step from the back to assist.

I do not think this 1-star review is going to matter to the owners of this store owner since they already have many of those but their service has kept hitting a new low.
I have been their customer since the store opened over a decade ago. Steadily, I have seen the staff behavior and customer service reach new lows and their prices reach new highs.
Over the weekend, I was there to close my mailbox. The staff just wanted to keep my keys and give me no cancellation confirmation because they did not know how to operate the computers in the store to close out a mailbox. They refused to call the manager or a helpline to get assistance. I came to find out that they were totally lying. They knew exactly how to do it, and they also had a physical form that they could have given me to fill out and then provided a receipt of cancellation.
These words come to mind every time I think about this store: lazy, price gouging, and rude.

I came in on a Sat 3/23. to send about 10 neck ties to a relative in Denver. They were in a Ziploc bag. I asked the gentleman what was the least expensive delivery method to use. He took my Ziploc and put it in a white plastic bag and sealed it, stuck it on a scale and told me it would cost almost 40 bucks!!. My response was wow! What about USPS? His reply was it would cost me $35 to send one sheet of paper using UPS (OMG really ? How stupid do you think I am? ) ; and he handed me the flimsy white plastic envelope ( that I did not ask for yet) and told me it would cost me $3.25 since he had sealed it,) What an incredible rip off! It was quality like cutting a 12 x 12 corner of a white garbage bag and putting two face tape on it and charging somebody $3.25 and by the way - I didnāt ask him for envelope or to seal it - he just stuck it in there and sealed it quick. I paid him rather ticked off at the thought of purchasing $.10 worth of plastic for $3.25!!
I went to the US post office two days later and mailed it for $11.50 including their two dollar better quality envelope. .. I have shipped 20 + rare and expensive guitars through UPS stores near Lakewood, and had very good experiences. But that was a total rip off ! I will not return.! He shouldāve taken it out of the chimpsy plastic bag envelope, and been more polite! For the record, I dealt with another gentleman 3 weeks ago at that store who was polite and helpfulā¦

I was just there 10 min to drop 1 package they wouldnāt let me in, a guy without a uniform completely blocked the door( in dreadlocks) Poor customer service . They should write closing time as 5:30pm on their website so we donāt drive all the way. Very lazy workers.
