I was just there 10 min to drop 1 package they wouldn’t let me in, a guy without a uniform completely blocked the door( in dreadlocks) Poor customer service . They should write closing time as 5:30pm on their website so we don’t drive all the way. Very lazy workers.

All I can say is the poor dude behind the counter looked like he was “one more crazy person” from having a meltdown this morning. The cranky old lady complaining about the self-serve kiosk didn’t help. I got what I needed done, but won’t be back.

I took in a package to the UPS store on Oct 8 although I had a prepaid label from USPS- I just needed to get package shipped asap.When the cashier quoted $39.78 for a 2# package, I said, “no thank you and requested the package back”.Then he quoted $14.50 plus tax. My question to UPS- why couldn’t you charge the lower price in the first place. Did the cashier charge with UPS policies or what was the reason for the up charge?I have been to this store before but there was something that did not feel right about this UPS visit.

The last time I had to mail something, I went to the post office and the people there were so rude. But I had an amazing experience at this UPS store today! The two gentlemen in there were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the customer service at this location!!

I have noticed that the people working their have become lazy and are not helpful to customers when they ask for help. I went to store 2804. I have been going to this location for years. I was a trying to make a return and needed Tiffany to print the label for me, she wasn’t helpful to me at all as the email was not going through and she didn’t make any effort to help me try a different route. I left the store and went to another location and the gentleman that helped me had no issues printing my label.

Save your time & piece of mind and go someplace more trustworthy. The people working here don't know how to use the equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.). Took 20min and three different employees to copy a few documents and fax. And they didn't even do either of those processes correctly!
