I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from UPS, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I submitted my shipment request to the final delivery, UPS displayed utmost professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. Their website was intuitive and user-friendly, making it effortless to schedule pickups and track my package's progress in real-time. The staff at the UPS store were courteous and knowledgeable, providing valuable assistance in packaging my items securely. Throughout the entire process, my package was handled with care, and it arrived at its destination right on schedule. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by UPS truly sets them apart. I highly recommend UPS for all shipping needs, as they have undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty with their outstanding service. Tiffany was very nice and helpful with shipping my package.,

Best customer service I've ever received probably in any store! The young lady who helped me was infinitly patient and kind and chatty while I was getting all my ducks in a row. It was Veterans Day and post offices were all closed. So she told me I could send a parcel to a PO Box via the post office from the UPS store for a charge...it was so worth it! She really brightened my day with her good info and uplifting smooth attitude!

Everyone is ready leave bad reviews and never good reviews. This store is one of the best clean, very friendly, these employees care about their their customers and the business for the owners. To the owners you have the best store and the best employees. This store i will keep coming back and send friends and family as well. I been to other ups store and they are not as caring as the employees at this location

People in there are not trying to help you. They are taking your business for granted. There are plenty other UPS stores with kinder people.... and her answer the answer tells me that the owner did not get a truthful account of what happened.

Some employees need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE here, specially if they do not know how to use words politely.There's always a better way to say things. Be careful when you drop off returns here, they will make you buy boxes even if it clearly says UPS will package or box your item for you, even if it says you do not have to box it. It's not like my boxes were open too. My 2 returns were in original unopened boxes.

It’s a BAD business decision to charge $2.00 for each prepaid label. I already paid in advance, reduced your work load, packaged everything up, and then you want to nickel and dime your admin cost…especially at $2 is outrageous. You are a receptacle, a cog, nothing more. It’s not about the money, but in principle. It’s like charging for napkins at a restaurant or to use a pen at the bank. I won’t be coming back if I don’t have to. FedEx fo-shoEdit: point, click, print. Those thermal printer labels are the cost of doing business. I’m sorry, but if you scan your reviews there’s ~12% of your customers who have the same expectation.

Do not use this facility. I paid over $80 for a guaranteed delivery that is now severely delayed and possibly lost. I called UPS, who told me to call this facility directly for a refund. I called this facility, and they said they don’t process claims and they referred me back to UPS. I called UPS again, and surprise(!) they referred me back to this facility. I’m now caught in the middle of an absurd corporate vs. franchisee finger-pointing battle and am out $80+ while my mother still doesn’t have her birthday gift. This is the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Use FedEx or USPS instead!

I think your store needs to work with the short girl wearing brace who works on Sunday 05/08 and tell her to respect customers.My fiancé came there to deliver 4 packages to return to Amazon. We understand Amazon package needs to be set aside and packed differently. However, 1 of it has a straight tracking number that could be sticked on the package. We need the refund on thay one to be processed correctly. She immediately refused my fiancé request to stick the label on the packages without asking which one my fiancé was referring to in a very rude way. I hope my fiance’s package could be delivered correctly and get my refund. If not, I will have to contact UPS to figure this out.THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH UPS.

Really rude experience and all had attitudes. Just wanted to print out papers and they just gave me they don't care and took there time. Didn't even offer me help until like 5mins later. They need to fix that.
