Very bad service and rude for no apparent reason. Second time trying to come here ever since the first time they weren’t open even though their hours said they were. Will not be coming again.

Wrong hours on Google. I’m here at 1:30 on a Sunday and they are closed even though Google maps shows that they are open until three.

I came to the store at 1:35pm and it was closed even after I called before for verification and even checked on the app to see if they were available. Very bad service!

I worked at the store and I go treated really badly and unfairly by a colleague named Michael Lupian. He would constantly joke in a vulgar manner. To customers, about me to customers, about my 5 year old child and just downright insensitive.
Michael was also very controlling and downright breathing down my neck when he aggressively asked me to pick up packages, gave me high blood pressure.
Alexa lacy also helped him in getting me to forcefully quit by supporting Michael and the bosses there Sid and Shahnaz too.
I came home and cried when Michael kept violating my boundaries.
They gave an incomplete story to Texas workforce and I couldn’t get my well deserved unemployment. The owners of this ups are just penny pinchers and their staff is crazy.

UPS is garbage. Avoid at all cost. I purchased a plant with 3 day guarantee shipping. It was shipped from WA to TX. It made it to Arlington, then they shipped my package to Maryland. They LOST the package for 2 days! Now the updated delivery is for Wednesday the following week. I have called customer service number times and no one seems to care. Their only response is file a claim.

I saw 1 employee got treated teally bad by other employees and management did not do anything to make the workplace safer for that employeethat they had to quit , very dissapointed in this store

Zero customer services and Knowledge. Everyone here don’t know what they are doing, stamp cost $10 other location charges less. Just saved yourself the stress of coming here.

Charged $10 PER SIGNATURE. Absolute highway robbery when other UPS stores charge $6/stamp.
Looks like other customers feel the exact same about pricing at this location.
Manager then came out and said “we can charge whatever we want” rather then offering a resolution to the situation. Absolutely rude.
0/10 do NOT recommend. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS. The other review don’t lie

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS!!!
The people running this store are very quick to lie and pass on the blame to other people. The main woman who operates this store lies through her teeth. Her favorite excuse is "it is not our fault.. we are not UPS- just a franchise".
They are extremely negligent when it comes to scanning drop offs. be sure that you triple-check any items you leave with them. When you point it out, they begin pointing fingers. Come on. If I drop off 10 items, I expect to see 10 items scanned on my receipt. not 6 or 7.
Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT

I hardly go to this location but when I do I am helped out by Alexa on both occasions for copies and she is definitely a ray of sunshine! She’s super sweet and very hardworking!

A mistake returning an Amazon purrchase here.
Sloppy with the label and carelessly put item back in the box so top would not stay flat. Ok, 7 cents change from another item is no big deal, but it's bad business.
Package not clocked in as recieved so called Amazon.. then called store.. will get my refund "some tine next week when all the packqges go to the Distribution Center."
In this heat, thought this location best. For Amazon returns, next time Whole Foods~ or my regular UPS.

Stayed at the hotel and had items shipped to me and they charged me $10 a box to PICK THEM UP then put "outbound package" on the receipt so it looks like I shipped something.

I went in to return a modem and to have a paper printed, immediately when I walked in the girl who’s 18 weeks pregnant didn’t greet me but instead she directed me to go down to the other computer where a nice young man was ready to work and help me, and he did just that he was kind and courteous and professional.
You may think, how do I know this young lady was exactly 18 weeks pregnant? Well it’s simple, her and another girl in there were cussing up a storm and gossiping loudly about themselves, their personal lives, their experiences and unfortunately more things that I and I’m sure others didn’t care to know, all while this young man handled the customers. I usually make the drive to another location or go to fed ex, I personally used to manage an ups store and I was appalled by the behavior of these two women, beyond unprofessional, I will never return here, the behavior was ghetto and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Their behavior was odd and it seemed like they made the young man who was helping me feel uncomfortable as well. I hope my review helps the owner of this store coach those two women to be more professional, as they represent a business by a reputable brand.
