The dude helping me was pleasant and conversational. He was super helpful and informative on all my shipping options, and the crew working there had their music playing in the background. It was a super comfortable and welcoming experience.

I didn't realize you could bring back Amazon or Spectrum items here for returns. The young man who helped me was very friendly and had me laughing. I have a new place to bring back my items.

I went to drop off my Amazon return package with the shipping label in hand. (FYI..it was in the sellers box already). They charged me to buy a box to ship it back in. I would understand that but the box wasn’t even theirs and was from their junk pile. It was a used Amazon box and he charged me for it. That was RIDICULOUS! This place will scam you out of every dollar. Do they not know the meaning of donate. Especially since it wasn’t an UPS box. Please don’t go to this UPS store. Next time they’ll ask for a tip. SMH

I was here today to pick a click and collect item. Despite paying $7 to UPS for delivery to the store, I was told I had to pay $5 to pick up my package.I had never heard anything as ridiculous as that before. I told the lady at the counter, "I paid UPS to deliver here, so why pay the store for pick up again"?Eventually, she gave me the package begrudgingly andfor free too. But the public needs to be aware this store tries to fleece customers who don't know their rights.

Tried dropping off my USPS packages there on my way to work which every other UPS store I have dealt with to this point has never had issue with just to be told to take it to the USPS drop box for reason that weren't explained. My products are susceptible to heat so I try to mitigate it's time waiting in hot areas as much as possible which is why I chose to drop it off in store. Don't waste your time with this store, take your business to somewhere that actually helps you and doesn't waste your time.

I experience worse service they didn't deliver my stuff they lost it, when I made complain they are making different type of excuse of package delivered i lost 129$ including shipping, i will never send anything with UPS.

This store is normally pretty good but I arrived at 2:45 on a Sunday afternoon to ship a package and the grey-haired black guy complained about me coming in 15 mins before closing. I left!Poor customer service especially during the holidays.

I have been using UPS for 3 years as the number 1 service when it comes to sending packages all over the country. I am spending more than $3000 dollars a month on shipping, I used to go to another UPS store because it was closer to my daily route, but a few months ago I started taking my packages to this store and the truth is that the service is lousy .There is a young girl working in that store, when she attends to me she is so lazy that she doesn't even help me to remove the packages from the scale so they don't pile up, apparently she doesn't care, just like the manager of that store who doesn't she has realized why she does that, apart from that, the girl even laughs in your face seeing that you are going through, work on separating the packages so that they do not pile up, instead of separating them and putting them behind the counter.The next time she does that, I'll make a direct complaint to UPS. It is the worst service that I have had in years as a UPS customer.I don't like to make complaints or leave bad reviews, but if they don't improve the service, I'd rather drive 10 more miles than go to this store.
