Daniela was super fantastic! She was smiling and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She helped us save money on a box we were mailing out. She also helped us save money by using our AAA, which I didn’t even realize we could use! Gives me hope that great customer service still exists!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I called to inquire about a package/medication that was supposed to be delivered by Saturday and has yet to arrive. Instead of assisting me, the owner stated she was too busy with other customers and couldn’t help at the moment. I completely understand being busy but there’s a respectful way to communicate that without sounding dismissive or crass.

The best team-centered customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I used examples with my teams after the experience. It was a busy day amidst a busy time of year and the interaction actually brought my anxiety and stress levels down. I hope to win the $250 so I can buy a thank you lunch for the manager and her team to show my gratitude. World Class Experience!!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. The difference in quality between this location and the one we previously frequented (Casa Linda) is astonishing. I’ll now be going out of my way just to avoid this location at all costs.
