This location can NEVER deliver my package. My address is correct on the package and the UPS My Choice app. Why do they keep saying my apartment is vacant when I work from home and see my front door. Nobody comes in the apartment or to my door. They are liars. Driver didn't get out the truck and marked my apartment as vacant and sent back one of my packages. This time, in less than a week, my package says the apartment is vacant. Again, it is NOT VACANT. They just don't want to come up stairs. Now I go to pick it up according to customer service and they can't find it! This location it terrible and they have that one rude agent didn't help either. I need them to get this right! I need them to fix this and get my package to me. Ughhhhh....?

ups is of no use, not even by paying for ups Choice do I get the packages, the drivers are too lazy to go up the buildings and are so incompetent.

We've been trying to receive a package for a week now for an event that is tomorrow. Numerous calls to customer service to first fix and address that on our end shows included an apartment number but they don't have it. It has been processing for several days and still not processed. Numerous calls to confirm delivery before an event and guaranteed delivered and we still haven't received it. Called today again and now the location isn't even opened on weekends. We had people to pick up yesterday but they guaranteed delivery and now we don't have the option for delivery OR pickup because we were lied to on the calls. I've received multiple calls reference numbers and will be following up because UPS refuses to make it right missing our event due to their lies. Fridays recorded call one to me and one to my husband both include either "promise" or "guarantee" for delivery today and now we have family in town and have to sit and wait for a missed event. UPS needs to make this right. They are so very wrong. And this location is where our package is sitting not getting processed and missing an event that could have been avoided if it didn't take several days to process an address change for a mistake not on our end.

My recent experience with UPS regarding a package shipped from Hyderabad, India to Dallas, USA, has been incredibly frustrating. While the package reached Dallas on time, the nightmare began when it was transferred to UPS for delivery. Despite multiple assurances, the package has yet to be delivered, causing immense inconvenience. Initially promised delivery by February 20th, UPS failed to fulfill this commitment and falsely claimed I was unavailable to receive the package. Contacting customer service proved futile, as they offered little assistance beyond empty apologies and promises of escalation. The situation only worsened over the following days, with repeated failures to deliver and inadequate communication from UPS representatives. Even after expressing my willingness to pick up the package myself, UPS provided conflicting information and failed to honor their commitments. My visit to a UPS store further revealed the lack of coordination between customer service and local branches, with employees admitting to systemic issues in delivery to certain areas. Despite spending hours waiting, the package remained undelivered, and the customer service response remained unsatisfactory. As an international student, the package from my homeland serves as my only means of communication with my parents. Unfortunately, UPS has utterly failed in delivering this vital connection. Despite paying hefty fees for delivery, UPS's incompetence has left me with no hope of receiving my package. Overall, my experience with UPS has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by incompetence, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises.

Please avoid putting this location as an address for pick up. I got my package and it was already opened. It contained jewelry. I was told this place is having an ongoing issue of theft by workers.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We visited on 01/26 at approximately 4:20 pm and there was a woman who treated us very bad, they are simply rude and uneducated.

Paid for next day air service to be delivered at noon. At 3:00 PM they marked that the package was not delivered because the business was closed. However they admitted they did not even attempt to deliver the package and refused to deliver the package that evening even though the facility was 6 miles away.

I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday it was extremely important for my job. I watched the UPS driver go straight past my job site and never slow down two minutes later I get a notification that my package was attempted to be delivered. UPS your driver never tried to stop because it was cold and he didn’t want to get out of the truck. I talk to 3 different support people on call and I don’t know where they are from but definitely not in my time zone. The first guy tells me that they will deliver again at the end of the day. Well no delivery ever happened. The second guy tells me I can pick up my package between 8 or 8:30 well I get there at 7:35 and the place is closed so UPS how am I supposed to pick up at 8 or 8:30 when you close at 7:30?????. As I’m sitting in the parking lot talking to another customer support all I get is I am sorry over and over while I sit in UPS parking lot before the 8 to 8:30 pm time I was told. The lady said that it will be delivered tomorrow or you can pick it up tomorrow well that doesn’t work either because they are not making any deliveries today for my package and the pick up is closed and won’t open till Monday. This is what the agent told me then said it will be Tuesday because Monday is a holiday and in Texas we are about to have a winter storm and the package I needed is going to now cost my company over 600,000 in material damage because I can’t get my job done so thank you UPS for being the absolute dumbest company in the United States with the most untrained employees and lazy drivers. You have won the gold medal in POS companies state wide.

Had a package attempt to be delivered a few times after business hours to my business. After calling the UPS customer service # and speaking with somebody, they set my package to be picked up at this location. The line was long when I walked in, and I took a deep breath when I realized it wasn't going to be a quick trip. Once it was finally my turn, I was told my package was not there and the system could not give a delivery date. Instead of sending me on my way, Phyllis took down my contact information, and she called me a few times the next day to keep me updated as she found out more. My package was delivered to my office today (during business hours) after she got somebody on the other line. This review would have been completely negative, but Phyllis saved the day by going above and beyond, keeping her word on calling me, and making sure my package got delivered. UPS, you need more folks like Phyllis! Give her a raise!

customer service rep is great.Driver is incompetent. Trying to deliver to an apartment complex while clearly my address doesnt even resemble one.Called them to verify my house isnt a apartment.Next delivery, driver still tries to deliver to one, either he isnt typing the entire address or to lazy to check, either way both are concerning. hope to get my item on the 3rd delivery.

Why is there only two people working and they both leave to go look for package. You should at least be fully staffed with the amount of customers that come in and have someone who does strictly drops offs for the individuals who don’t need to pick up a package. Also maybe have one person go look for the package as well. The point is the front should never be unattended…TERRIBLE

The worst place in the world for Customer Service, the fact that it is actually labeled in the description as a Customer Service Center is a joke!!!!!!!! How is it possible that UPS is a billion dollar company and has made that money on customers but yet seems to have has the worst customer service center at 10155 Monroe in Dallas, TX,the world ?!!! WARNING, NO ONE EMPLOYED HERE AS ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT!!!, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!So disappointing!!!!!!!!! ????
