Have had multiple packages shipped via retailer return label not delivered. Tracking states dropped off then no more information available. Have to contact the retailer to get refund and then they send in a claim. Luckily I keep receipts and follow up. If you contact the store they say can’t help because it wasn’t a label provided by them. Also Happy Returns haven’t made it to destination. Very suspicious….and clearly won’t be using this particular store again.

Yes I just had the best experience with a young lady she said her name was Tiffanie she was so professional I almost thought I was in business office and not a store. Definitely refreshing to have someone help you with high regards and love of their job. Keep up the good work Tiffanie I will be back because of you

I went to UPS because I needed some business documents printed, signed, scanned and emailed back to me. This team was quick, professional and couldn't be nicer! They will be my new office away from my office while in Dallas. I will be going back when visiting from California. Thank you for the great service!

I have been a box holder at this UPS Store for over 10 years and have generally been pleased with the services they provide. However, I was surprised and disappointed to learn today that their most helpful employee, Sheila, is being moved out of the store. My wife picks up our packages at the store. She is elderly with bad knees, and Sheila has always helped her carry larger/heavier packages to the car.

Jared the owner was very helpful! Sometimes employees don’t always go the extra mile but this owner did so, and I’ll remain loyal to this location for that reason. A little help goes a long way!

I have used this store for years and am a somewhat frequent shipper. I am appalled at the decline in service level. There is one gentleman there who seems to work hard and is fairly customer focused but he is the only one. I believe these stores are individually owned; suggest the owner does some secret shopping. I would be happy to give specific examples as well.

Unfriendly staff. Extremely rude. I walked in and they acted like I was interrupting them, and then laughed in my face without even saying a word. 4 people on their phone getting annoyed at a costumer. Come on, your job is not that hard. Stop acting like mean high school kids and do the job you're getting paid to do

The sign says the hours are from 8AM to 6:30PM. They never open at 8 AM. Whoever works the opening shift is always late. Please hire reliable staff
