I am more than pleased with the service of this location. Mrs. Heather (I don’t know if she is the owner) is such a lovely lady. She calls me when I received any mail or orders, Heather is always kind, helpful and professional. Thank you UPS to hire such a knowledgeable employees (or owner). That’s exactly what we need in our country.

Not sure why or how this store has negative reviews… I’ve been a customer for well over a decade and had nothing but pleasantries with all the staff. My mail never gets lost or miss-delivered (like at my house). I actually gave up on using local mail carriers and have everything sent here. These other posters have apparently not set foot inside a US Post Office in quite some time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Heather, is such a pleasure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They help with any all all package questions and always make recommendations.

The lady with black hair was great . But I needed to use the notary service so the blonde woman refuse to do it because the document was in Spanish . Somebody has to tell her that she just has to validate that I was signing in front of her nothing else.

This UPS store at Preston Royal charges $1 to close the top of a box with a piece of tape.The UPS store up the road at Preston Forest does not charge a fee to close the top of a box with tape.UPS Preston Royal can charge their fee. And they they can respond to reviews like this that mention it with passive aggressiveness.That’s their choice.And it’s my choice to drive past it every single time to go to UPS Preston Forest instead, without a tape fee.

Do not go to this UPS store. Worst customer service and the blond lady that works there makes political comments about having to go protest the government and create another January 6th because everything is so expensive. This happened in front of me when one customer couldn't afford to pay for sending something with the UPS store prices. Political views belong to each person and customers should not have to listen to the employees political views.

This is the only UPS location that I’ve been to that charges to email/print a label, charges to tape my box, etc. This location will nickel and dime you for everything. It’s the second time I’ve been in and both times they have not told me they were going to charge me until after they had already printed my label. This most recent visit, I asked them to print a label for me and of course she charged me for tape and the one sheet of paper. After I realized the second page needed did not print, she went back to the computer, printed it and charged me for a second piece of paper-$1.89 per page plus tape! Incredibly frustrating. I live nearby and I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

I have the same experience like the one star reviewers here. I got charged for 2 tapes on 2 Amazon returns. They were $1 each. And funny they don’t tell you until they already scanned your returns and took the packages. For so many years dealing with ups and Amazon, that was truly the first.

At all cost please avoid this store. They are thieves and all they do is scam people. I sent a package from this store to Atlanta. This package was never delivered but returned back to the store and I was called to either come get my package without a refund or pay another fee for it to be re sent. UPS mentioned the store paid a retraction fee and requested the package be returned but the store keeps denying it. Bunch of thieves!!

Went to get a refund since I paid extra for expedited overnight. Lady was short with me and said no guarantees due to covid. I asked why they offered the services and didn't let me know when I upgraded. No answer, asked for Sharon's number, was told no. Told she was out due to spring break. I wasn't asking for a full refund just the paid upgrade. Wouldn't hear me out.
