Ups is the worst delivery option available. I encourage everyone who ships to change the carrier. They don't ever deliver on time and they always have an excuse.

Hired me then refused to let me through security with my perfectly legal newly renewed paper license and then never paid me for the two days they waisted of my time making me come in for training. (They told me the paper ID would be fine after already sending me home once) told after I get my permanent one to come back in and I could start and then removed me from the system and refuse to get back to me.

Paid for Next Day delivery, waiting on package which requires a signature…. Was told my package would arrive (26hours after being shipped) and as it got closer to time, they changed it to the next day.The app says it in Illinois while the manager says it’s in Kentucky, I’m in Texas.This is frustrating.Something always happens with UPS.

Quick service. Supplies available. If your shipment is by Air, this is the best drop location. If it’s ground, you may be delaying it up to one day.

The staff needs training on international shipping, but their attitude and professionalism was exceptional. They could not help me with my shipment, but provided me with the direct number to get the help I needed. Overall I was happy to see people who cared about the customer even if I wasn't able to be helped.

My package has been there since 4/19. It was Next Day Air. I spend a lot of money with UPS. It is very important documents. They’ve made me open an investigation into it. I just want them to find it and get it to me. I needed those documents yesterday. This has me very behind.

I have been working there not even 2 weeks now and I been move three different positions. The supervisors there are so unprofessional Claudia and Isaac. Claudia is a supervisor that work upstairs. I don't know how she made supervisor maybe due to the pandemic when nobody else wouldn't work. And she showed up so they had to move her up to supervisor. She walked around talking about employees to other employees just very messy. But besides that the other supervisors are grown organized and professional. So if you want a great experience at ups don't deal with Claudia and Isaac. And the lady at HR who do the hiring behind the front desk and do the fingerprint she is very rude to.
