Amazing! She was so knowledgeable and caring. My Juju does not like car rides ? and they got her all cleaned up without an extra fee which she did not have to do! Juju is so soft and her black fur is so sleek. I will return for occasional nail clippings in between cleanings. Very happy about the experience and she didn’t keep her all day which was amazing-long enough to run errands and return.

Debbie is a cat guru/whisperer! I have two Maine Coons. One is a little scared and timid when it comes to grooming, but the other one has always been terrified. We used to live in Minneapolis, and the one cats only groomer I found there did a good job, but we still had to have our terrified kitty sedated when he was groomed. When I first spoke with Debbie, she said she preferred that we not sedate him, at least for the first appointment, because she wanted to gain his trust. I was skeptical, but agreed to it. At their first appointment with Debbie, both of my Maine Coons were fully groomed with no problems and no sedation. When I got them home, they both acted calm and normal - not exhausted, like they used to after a grooming appointment. And Debbie will do what is best for your kitty - even if it means she does a less expensive service rather than up-charging for a more time-consuming and expensive service (I know this because I asked for something more expensive and time-consuming the first time, and she told me she didn't think it was necessary - in the end, she was right). I think it also helps a lot that there are no other cats in the grooming space when Debbie is grooming. My cats have seen her twice now. I live an hour away, and my cats don't love being in the car, but I will most definitely continue bringing them to Debbie!

The only place I bring my kitty for grooming. She is an absolute magician. My cat never minds coming to see her and she hates everyone!?

Debbie did a stellar job with my long-haired cat! My cat Ginger had multiple mats on her back; she was so uncomfortable, she didn't want to be pet :( Multiple groomers have told me my cat was too spicy and had to be sedated/drugged before even being considered for a groom, but Debbie reassured me that she never found that necessary and would love to groom my cat as is. Ginger was so nervous the entire car ride to Debbie's, but came out the most calm and happy I have seen her in a long time. Her coat looks so shiny and light and I am so happy to have found Debbie!!

Debbie is great. My cat is a little moody, and she was perfect with him. This is the only place I will be getting him groomer. Thanks ?

We took our long hair domestic cat Evee here to be groomed. Evee had never been groomed before and she was starting to develop matting on her backside.Debbie was very sweet to me and my cat when I dropped her off for the appointment.Evee not only looked great but her fur was very soft afterwards and well as trimmed up.Evee was even claimer on the way home than on the way to the grooming appointment. I definitely recommend this cat groomer.

Deb took great care of my 16 year old arthritic cat. Gave him a bath, nail trim and cut out some mats. He is so HAPPY. He feels and acts like a much younger cat!

Wow. I have two rescue tabbies Theo (9 years old) and Vicky (5 years old) they're 100% house cats who rarely leave the house. I typically take them to the vet to get their annual shots, for a check up and to groom all in one day. Theo is the definition of a scaredy cat and it's a whole mess even getting him into the carrier. He's typically sedated when he's being groomed at the vet because he becomes aggressive, he begins to salivate, and becomes very agitated which is always a cause to worry because his little heart can literally stop. Well I read reviews about Debbie and people having similar issues and let me tell you... she amazed me. His hair was completely matted and she not only groomed him without anesthesia, she didn't shave him, and saved his hair. He was also much less stressed when I picked him up, which surprised me! She truly made both of them have a quick and positive experience. I am so glad I gave her a try. Just a side note: Vicky is my easy going baby so I wasn't concerned about her at all, but now they both look and feel so clean! We just became regulars and recommend Debbie and Urban Aristocats to anyone with Furbabies like mine!

Warning: if you don't pay attention and do everything exactly as Debby tells you, you won't have an appointment, you will be charged, she won't cooperate with you at all, you will have a negative experience, and it will be all your fault because she doesn't take responsibility or have consideration for customers. She will blame mistakes on "technology" or your misunderstanding/error. She will not accept blame or compromise with you, everything will be your fault. I don't know if she is a good groomer since I never got to use her service, but I do know she is an absolutely horrible business owner and person to deal with. She is condescending, will talk down to you, and make you feel like she is doing you a favor when you try to do business with her. Story: We made an "appointment" on her website...appointment in quotes because it's not an official appointment, it is only a request. The website states "This is ONLY a REQUEST, NOT a CONFIRMATION", and goes on to say that your request will be reviewed and replied to, confirming the actual appointment. We made the request a full month in advance and never received confirmation. After a few weeks, we forgot about it and when we remembered, we thought "She never responded, so I guess she ignored our request and doesn't want our business". The night before the appointment we get a text message "Your appointment for tomorrow..." and we were in a state of "Wth? Are you serious? We haven't heard from you, ever, we made the "request" over a month ago, and the night before you send a text message?" Since we thought it wasn't going to happen, we didn't plan to take off from work and go. The next morning I called, got an automated system, pressed the key to speak with someone, it rang and went to voicemail. I called back, pressed a different key, it rang and went to the same voicemail. I called again, pressed a different key, it rang and went to the same voicemail. No matter what button you press, it will ring, she will not answer, and it will go to the exact same voicemail, so it doesn't matter what you press. The next day I got a charge for $27, so I called again. After going through the same circle (automated system, press number, phone rings, voicemail) over a dozen times, I get a text message from her stating that she can't answer the phone (but she has enough time to text?). I replied that I wanted to speak with someone about the appointment. She continues to reply, via text, for the next 3 hours, and then sends a final text message at 9:30PM. The text message conversation? Basically she said it was my fault for not confirming the appointment and I was being charged a no-show fee. She said I should have called after 2 days of making the request to confirm the appointment. If no one answers, I should have left a voicemail, the text message the night before (over a month after making the request) was confirmation and that my not planning to miss work and go was enough for her to charge me a no-show fee. I continued to call and when I finally spoke with her, she said she is a "Professional" service that works by appointment, like a doctor's office. Key difference? When you make an appointment with a doctor's office, they don't tell you "This is only a request, wait for us to review, accept, and confirm it" and if the doctor's office doesn't reply and confirm your appointment, it is your fault and responsibility to call back and confirm the appointment. But wait, if you call and no one answers, you have to leave a voicemail, and if no one calls you back, you have to keep calling and leaving voicemails until someone responds. And don't forget, your appointment is still not confirmed, you only have a request. Bottom line: Be very careful and do everything exactly as Debby says, or else you will not have an appointment and will be charged. She will talk down to you, she will not cooperate with you and she will

Ive tried 2 groomers until now. Both had 5 star ratings and a lot of reviews. Im not going back to the other place! There was a night and day difference between them. I would never have gone to the other place but we had an emergency. Glad we did though cause now we know Debbie is the only one for us. The cats were super calm afterwards, properly dried, smelled amazing and she was able to calm the wild child in front of us just by holding him a specific way.Debbie also had great advice for first time cat owners and to this day I follow her advice, never going anywhere else ever again.Thank you Debbie for being amazing!

My 1st time looking for a Cat groomer here in Texas. I finally found one and am so happy with the results. I have a long hair kitten and wanted to get a lions cut. The staff informed me of the pros and cons of getting one and I'm so happy I didn't. Tysm

Debbie did such an amazing job grooming my cat Auggie. I was a bit nervous at first because my cat is very old and has some medical issues but Debbie is very knowledgeable in cats and was very careful with her. This was also the first time my cat was ever professionally groomed and she is so soft and fluffy now! I can’t wait to take her back ❤️ Worth the drive all the way from Grand Prairie!
