The space is very clean welcoming friendly with a very courteous staff. Always greet customers with a smile better than other storages I've been to.
NECHELLE AND SHERRI WERE AWESOME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE. THEY SHOWED NO HESITANT TO HELP ME SND PROVIDED THE BEST DEAL I COULD'VE ASKED FOR. THEY WERE KIND AND POLITE SHOWING THAT GREAT SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY WE ALL ❤️ 😍 💖

Horrible place to put your things. They raise their rates unexpectedly with no notice and of course expect you to pay it. Very rude and unprofessional, the person I dealt with in the office was named Andrea. They do not follow through with set agreements and will be ready to put your things up for auction quickly. Please do not rent a storage here, if I could give this place less than one star I would. Go find somewhere else better.
