Very slow service.. very slow service..very very slow. Only two people ahead of me and I was there for 45 minutes to pay my PO box fee.

The wait time is tremendously slow The ladies in the front are OK reason they get two starts other than very slow service very low staffed

They closed 20 mins early - Id driven 30 mins in traffic to get there in time just for them to close early and two employees yell at me when I tried knocking to ask why the doors were locked. There were maybe 5-6 other people also all there wondering the same thing, some who were there before me. I was also frustrated because the only reason I had to drive there was because they left me a note at my apartment instead of delivering my package for lord knows what reason? Was very confused and unable to get ahold of them and also went online to schedule a new drop off time and they never did!

Worst service...Lost two packages that required signature within 4 months. And they make claim for international packages impossible.

This is the worst post office. They need to be investigated. This is the only post office that you can take your mail inside and it never makes it to the recipient. Im like WTH. Not outside but the inside drop. No other post office have i have this problem with EVER. This has happened 3 times. I have had 3 separate payments lost. Only went there because its closest to work. Not anymore.

I was supposed to receive a package from eBay it said on the tracking# that is was delivered in the cluster box unit. When I went to check it was not their, I went online USPS, filled a missing package form, got a call 2 days later telling me that the package had a different address. I told them how could that be since I ordered the same package before, and I got that one with no issues, but for some reason this one went to a different address which I don't believe by the way. "All the negative reviews are 'True' this Post Office in this location are stealing packages and getting away with it", I never have any issues with regular "envelope mails" missing but only packages from eBay, very strange but to be honest you are dealing with people that have a reputation of not being honest and crying and complaining about not having it their way.

1.6 rate for a reason!!! They keep a long line waiting 30+ mins while you can hear them in the back laughing!! Pathetic, why work? just go on welfare that’ll be more beneficial to our community!

Weird sketchy area + drove 50minutes to get my returned package that they didn’t deliver and guess what!! It was missing!! It means either stolen or lost.. waisted lot time here!!I know that all usps are bad but this one is extra level except to be honest the ladies who helped me they were normal nothing wrong with customer service ?

Disgusting, foul, service. I had my mailed saved there do to me working out of town, and this lady who claims to be the supervisor was very rude and would not give my my mail. My mail just arrived today. It is very important high dollar checks. This lady said she will send my mail back and not give it to me, although I'm right here to get itI couldn't believe the service and the behavior of this classless human. I have reported this to the postal police and will not let this go.

Absolutely the worst experiences ever with this post office. Several times they refused to drop my packages because 'they couldn't access my location' which is stupid because we have a door bell we put on the spotlight so they can see it to notify us but they never press it for some reason. All the other delivery services do perfectly fine with following instructions but not this post office. They also always lie saying they have redelivered but they never do and it's just awful.I work Monday thru Friday and I'm not capable of getting there before it closes to pick up my packages and there are a lot of people going there every time I go doing the same thing.

Poor costumer service…. The delivery guy never drops my packages in the locker. When I go to pick up the package at this office . The hours do not reflect on what’s online! Everytime I come here it’s a different time the office closes! I work Monday thru Friday and can not make it to the office to get my package why aren’t the delivery guy leaving packages in the mailbox??? Or at the luxer box? I absolutely hate this post office. Better off getting another post office to help you cause this one ain’t it
