Package was dropped off a couple days ago and never updated on the tracker.Edit: looks like the scan was not captured but traveled safely. Still was a pain to call an agent then calling the post office. If there is no record or receipt of the drop off you’re SOL. Be sure to always get a receipt or take a photo.

I walked in today at the busiest time of day, there was a long ling, but GLENN was a breath of fresh air! He made sure customers knew they could use the machine to mail, drop off the package at the desk if they didn't need a receipt, or whatever else they might desire. He was servicing people in quick succession with the most friendly attitude. I was in and out in 10 min with about 30 ppl in front of me, now that is fast!This is not my normal experience at the post office, so I thought GLENN deserved a serious shout out! He even wished me a Happy Valentine's Day <3Thanks Glenn for the extraordinary service!

I have been dealing with the postal service for a change of address since October 28. I have spoken to managers, postal workers and 1800 number.I have had 7 cases open and 4 change of address in the Post office and 4 online.Still no one can simply move my mail to one apartment to the other in the same complex...I'm still not happy... ?

I've shipped here dozens of times in 2023 for my small business and have yet to have a single issue. Line can be a little long sometimes but that's to be expected.

The postal workers that work the service desk are pleasant and helpful, but the work product of this post office needs improvement . I was pleased to see that the sign on the package desk telling patrons that no one is required answer the buzzer is gone, but today i was the first of three people to ring the buzzer and it wasn’t opened until the third buzz. I picked up mail that collected while i was out of town longer than i intended, and two bundles clearly marked for other patrons with forwarding orders were put into my stack. So now i get to return them to the post office tomorrow.

I don't know if it is bad luck but every time I have come here the treatment is not nice. This postal service center seems to be short staffed. Customers aren't appreciated and they are made to feel like they are being done a favor if they request help. I hope things can change. Don't come when it is about to close. You can feel the tension.

I reserved a P.O. Box online only to be told upon arrival that none in that size were available & that I would need to request a refund online. I cannot request a refund for another two days per company policy.

Every time I come to this post office location I leave happy. Usually USPS locations take FOREVER and it’s the slowest process, but Glenn is truly the most efficient human being ever. Not to mention everyone working the desk is always so kind and helpful. They all deserve the highest praise and a raise.
