I received a label to return a product that needs to be fixed. I drove to the garland usps and was told it was not taped enough. I could buy more tape. They can’t help. I went home and taped the box more. Brought it to the Swiss location. I was then told because my label was not a QR code I would have to go to UPS or home to print the USPS label. I have a full label ready to print. If you cannot help with basic functions of shipping why bother being open? A kiosk could at least print the label. You can’t tell me humans are not equipped to help each other with basic shipping needs at the POST OFFICE. a waste of my afternoon for an already paid label!

They lost a certified letter. Gave me about 4 different reasons why they cannot find it ( letter carrier is not organized, they will find it
.when he comes back from vacation etc... ) Then a week later they lost a check sent to us same
thing they just cannot find it.
Management is clueless slow and incompetent

I was refused service because I had a service dog with me. ROSLYN took it upon herself to rewrite the law and say that my dog needed to have on a vest to be a service animal. That is not correct. What I just experienced is discrimination and it is against the law. Roslyn was incredibly rude and actually instructed her colleague not to take my package. I wouldn’t expect a government agency to act illegally, but here we are.

It's a very small post office with only 2 or so workers so you're probably goin to wait a while if you go here, they aren't as rude as the customer reviews state but they seem to be understaffed which may explain why they are always in a not so great mood, understandably so.. I've gone in and they have been kind to me but I've also gone in when they were busy and not so cheerful so don't take it personally, today I went in and only one guy was working, he kinda didn't know what he was doin so I have to go in another day when the gals are in, hopefully they can mail my package off

It’s 8:50am and the post office was supposed to open at 8:30am. There’s a huge line. We’ve been waiting for 20 minutes.

You don't even even deserve a 1 start. I've been at my residence since 2017 and I received this in my mail box today. Why do I need to fill this out. You are awful. My mail has sat in the rain or is scattered all over the street. My neighbor has brought me mail because it has been scattered. Why do I need to fill out a new resident card if I've been here since 2017? Terrible service.

Why is the drive up mailbox the type that you have to get out of your car for????
It used to be fine and then they changed it to the worst type imaginable.
Also, when did they change the sign out front from a nice sign to a cheap sign printed on foam core?
What happneed? Did we lose a war or something???

Just sitting here reading all the negative comments about customer service that I’ve never experienced before since I’ve been in this area for over 6 years now so it’s hilarious that people are saying… I’m a very patient person and have a great understanding when going places handling things the right way and wait patiently…

Employee was very kind and patient, helped me to reprint my label after the kiosk printed it with the incorrect weight.
