Customer service here is phenomenal. Sometimes we hurt ourselves by not being understanding of current events. There's one worker up front. Use common sense. Take your complaints up with those that operate and own these places. Thank you to all usps workers that keep things flowing in this time of need.

The lady that was working here today afternoon wasn't very nice. She said I only had 5 minutes to help me. Looks like they where about to close in 9 minutes when I got there to close. Their was only one person in front of me. I asked her what shipping bag or box did she suggested I use to ship back my clothing items. She said I don't know. I told her the guy that use to work there was so nice. He would help me when I had a question on how to package my items. Sad he doesn't work there no more. Need people like him that like to help others.

This post office delivers to my home address and never delivers my mail I am always missing mail and I’m always getting other people mail it’s ridiculous how sloppy this post office is.

I have filed several reports online and in person on this station specifically my carrier. No resolutions and this is very sad. Customer Service doesn't exist anymore. People don't care about others anymore. Always talking about needing more money but for what? Not doing the job and bad attitudes. Lord have mercy !!!!!

I hate this post office and all the people who deliver the mail. THEY NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER TRY TO DELIVER OUR PACKAGES TO OUR HOUSE. They didn’t even try to deliver the package but stated attempted delivery pick up at station. Everybody just sorry as hell I hate I had to move back to this area

Excellent service,polite and friendly.Staff works hard and manages business better than other over staffed postal offices. Had my package delivered to me personally and was asked for my ID to secure my delivery ?

Every other day delivery. Rude carrier. We dont get our certified mail, or packages, because our carrier wont climb stairs. The supervisor says she is medically unable to climb stairs. She needs a route that does require her to climb stairs. I feel like i am being denied services. Put my mail on hold, and lost my mail. I didnt know who to call in Washington, but I being denied services. Dr Cesar A W Clark Sr post office.

120423, 120523 no mail delivered to my street. I saw the mail truck on Tuesday 120423 but no mail delivered. Went to PO this morning 120623, spoke with clerk, she told me carrier was out this week. What does a person being out have to do with mail being delivered? Clerk had someone in back of facility look for my mail, of course he didn't bring mail from 2dys ago. He brought me today's mail. This is really jacked up!!! They need helpers like UPS so that they can do their jobs effectively and efficiently!!!
