This location has slowly become really poor service. Three people waited over 30 minutes with nobody coming to the door to pick up mail.
The one guy working was not helpful or friendly. Miss our neighborhood post office.

This is by far the worst USPS I ever went to in my life. I paid to shop over night and charged me for insurance I never asked for. Also my shipment came days later and they refusing to refund me my money. Really disappointed I’m never doing business with postal office for the rest of my life. 😣😣😣

Extremely hate this post office. They have the laziest incompetent workers. I am home every single day and it never fails to see the workers show up and simply not deliver a thing and leave the premises and mark the package as delivered or insufficient address. I’ve complained NUMEROUS times to a supervisor with no resolution. I am livid this keeps happening. Stop hiring unreliable lazy workers and hire ppl who actually do their job. Between that and when they do deliver they put the incorrect keys to retrieve them and you have to wait ANOTHER day or two to finally get your packages. Idk how they stay in business.

I regret having to write this negative review because I really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after at least 10 times of being treated horribly by the man that works there daily, I have to say something. I run a side business selling valuable items my father collected on eBay. It’s very important to get a receipt for your packages to ensure that the eBay website updates tracking and to enable you and the buyer to watch and confirm delivery. When I go to this post office (because it is the closest to my house), I literally cringe when I have to see this guy. He is so nasty. I will drive out of my way when I have time and go to the post office close to Northpark or the one on Cedar Springs (where the employees at both are nice and pleasant always) to literally avoid the chance I may have to interact with this male postal worker. I have never in my life been talked to, looked at or treated with such hatred like I have by this man. He literally will roll his eyes or ignore me entirely when he has nobody at his window but is open for business. The only thing I’ve ever asked this postal worker to do is scan prepaid and labeled packages so I can have receipts but started using the self kiosk thing (which doesn’t always work and takes longer) for that now since my experiences with him are so miserable. Today (after using the kiosk to scan my packages and get receipts) I had a question if I had enough stamps on an envelope and the other two women working were talking to a customer. I was the only other person/customer there! After standing there a good 5 minutes in plain view, I said, “can you help me with something?” he literally wouldn’t even look up at me and was staring at his phone and mumbled something rude I didn’t catch, so I just left and immediately wrote this review because I’ve had it! He needs to be fired!!! This is 100% unacceptable!
I am a petite woman (nothing offputting about my appearance), and I am also an attorney, so I am neither stupid nor ask a bunch of annoying questions or get my labels wrong…ever. I come in with correctly labeled packages. All he has to do is scan them….super simple and quick! I’ve done nothing to this man at all but be kind initially or be silent and neutral after experiencing his meanness so many times. (I know he doesn’t do it to men because I watch how he treats them… But he’s never actually nice. He’s just not quite as rude to them.) It’s usually only women he’s nasty to. Nobody at any place should be treated so disrespectfully, but it is totally uncalled for when you’re simply mailing a freaking package and all the person has to do is scan it, throw the package in a bin and print a receipt! No employee at any other location has ever acted like this.
Also, one more thing about this location…when I’ve just left packages and not asked for receipts (Because they scream at you if they’re busy to leave your packages if you’re just dropping ) but then they DONT SCAN THEM…so eBay doesn’t have tracking info, the eBay transaction never gets labeled as mailed or updated as to delivery, and the buyer panics (as do I). Luckily, packages eventually got to the buyer in my cases but it’s a whole mess until then. I can’t trust them to scan the packages they demand be left. I shouldn’t have to deal with that…scan the packages for Pete’s sake if you’re going to scream at people to leave them in your care and not give receipts! If it’s your job that makes you so hateful, maybe you should consider finding a new one. Geez!

I which I would have read all the one star reviews before going here. Worse Post Office in the world, I hope DOGE shuts this antiquated system down. The place is dirty, they have no boxes available the people are rude and lazy, this is what government waste at its finest.

Our carrier from this post office has managed to miss-deliver or not deliver 5 separate packages just this year alone and we’re not even half way through the year.

If i could give a zero i would!! I’ve been to 20+ usps locations doing eBay shipments and this location had a foreigner at the front that couldn’t speak English nor could he understand anything i was saying , this is ridiculous usps! Then refuse to even help me with my situation. I’ll never go back to this location probably just ups from here on out

Man, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going to this location. Where do I start? Upon arriving the clerk number 4 on August 20th had a terrible attitude. I ignored it because obviously I had done nothing to her since I just arrived there. I did however take the survey on the card reader at the end. Let's just say I didn't give her a good or bad review. To my surprise, a few days later the package that was supposed to be on its way to Tennessee arrived back to me in my mailbox in Texas. I was confused because I paid $5.35 on the 20th to mail this gift to a friend. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe she thought I was just paying for the envelope which I had pre-purchased at Dollar tree. I went back up there on August 27th to ask what had happened because again, I don't like to assume that she just simply didn't do her job... They told me that I would have to come back Tuesday to talk to her because whatever postage that she was supposed to put on the envelope has to "come out of her stock". When I expressed that I didn't know what this meant, I was met with another attitude from a new clerk. Then I was asked if I would like to pay for postage again... Why on Earth would anyone want to pay for postage twice?? I guess we will go back Tuesday and see where this saga ends ? Sidenote: I know plenty of people who would be happy to have a job at the post office, but instead we have these miserable people working here making other people's days more complicated than it has to be. Very sad!

monica was very very helpful!!! i had to switch labels on 2 packages since i had mixed them up and she was happy to get them back out for me to switch the labels right as they were closing! i’m very happy with the service and understanding here!! thank you monica!

If i could leave 0 omi would never picks up the phone I literally have numerous calls in mu log with them none of which I can get an actual person on the phone, they push you through these prompts that might help when you really don't need help
