Got a couple dozen items mailed with a certificate of mailing - they didn't stamp all of the slips which is going to cause a month delay for something I am working on. Then when I came back to mail the ones with the missing stamps, they used the wrong stamp for the wrong month. If you have to mail something here, triple check everything.

This post office has lost four packages in three weeks. I received a notice to come pick up the package at the post office and when I get to the post office, they can’t find it every time. This particular post office is full of thieves that target people.

Incredibly rude staff. Short with me and gave me no instructions. Expected me to know what I was doing and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing. They need to be trained on how to treat people.

This has been my zoned post office for the past four years. Our former mail carrier was so wonderful - kind, professional, and really seemed to enjoy his job. However, he's recently been removed from our route. Over the past 2-3 months, the new mail carrier refuses deliver any packages to doors and many pieces of mail in my Informed Delivered e-mails never arrive (incl 2 checks over the past 2 months). They just mark all packages as "attempted delivery - notice left - no secure location." Every single time they've "attempted delivery," I've been at home. They don't even leave the notice on the door or in the mailbox. They just... lie. What other job knowingly allows you to half a** do your job, LIE, and inconvenience customers daily? (none) I and all of my neighbors have to go to the post office to pick up every. single. package. now. Recently, a time sensitive present was sent to me that I was unaware of, and it was returned to sender a month later. I didn't have the tracking number (bc I didn't know it was en route), so I didn't know to track it. I've filed formal complaints with USPS, both national and local. The national office says they'll let the area supervisor know... but I'm certain they know. This local post office has told me that he "doesn't want to walk up the stairs" and "we're understaffed." Neither of those are acceptable excuses. Sadly, the entire world is understaffed after these past two years. There is a MUCH deeper issue here that needs to be worked through and resolved.UPDATED: 8+ months later and they're STILL lying about delivering packages / leaving notices.

Worst post office ever! The supervisor Antonio Moss should not be in charge of anything let alone people’s mail/livelihoods.We have been trying to get our mailbox keys changed for over two and a half months. His excuse is that the one person who can change mailbox keys is in the hospital. And we can’t go to a locksmith since our box is owned by the world’s most incompetent supervisor. We are missing checks and bills coming to our house, the first two times we tried to put a work order in it wasn’t registered. We’re literally two blocks away from a normally functioning office and we get stuck with this dumpster fire instead. Now on a power trip, Antonio Moss will not answer our calls and his post office doesn’t have a voicemail function for when someone doesn’t answer the phone. And no one ever answers the phone.I never write a bad review about anything but this person needs to be replaced asap. For the sake of all Dallas residents he definitely should never ever be promoted. I would be scared to be so public with this review in fear of retaliation, but then again, what do I have to lose, it’s not like we’re getting our mail anyway. I wish I were able to give him a negative five stars.

Consistently among the worst customer experiences you'll receive anywhere. They throw your packages around like they are trying to damage the items. (Why can't they set them down nicely?) When I tried to enter my email address for a receipt to track my business shipments, the clerk overrode it so I could only have the paper receipt (so I have to check tracking manually for each item). I asked for the email receipt but she said no. I asked why she cancelled it but she should tell me. I asked her to please not so that next time but she just told me to leave. No apology, no acknowledgement. You're not a customer at USPS, you're a sub-human.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The federal government operating this part of the American ?? experience is definitely broken. As someone else mentioned, it’s not third world but it’s not far away. Unacceptable, rude, unorganized, lack of care and attention, and overall failed system with miserable people working here/ likely bc they are treated miserably. Sad. I remember the days when mailmen were happy to have jobs and seemed content. Worst customer experience. Waited 45 minutes for them to look for 3 packages that said they were delivered and I never received them. Literally had to do this at my building to get at least two of the 4 missing packages. They also have me the option to show up and ask for my carrier at 9:30am which I am doing today.

I have called this location 5-10 times a day every day for the last 4 days and nobody will answer the phone and there’s no option to leave a voicemail. I have a package that is now being returned to the sender because it got marked undeliverable and I could not reach anyone here to get details on a redelivery (I scheduled redelivery online but my package still never came, despite never having issues with packages delivering to my apartment for the last 2 years). I cannot get off work to physically come to this location and I cannot get them to answer the phone - a claim will definitely be filed for this.

Very helpful! Well stocked. As an occasional mailer for business, I've been to a few Post offices in Dallas. This is one of the best in this area. The staff answered my questions about return receipt and were efficient. And as someone who previously sold on Poshmark I notice if a PO has self serve areas with boxes and this does. (There are PO in this area that don't!) Plus the parking here is very convenient which I can't say for all locations. So definitely will come back again.

I watched the mail carrier pull walk into and out of my mailroom at my apartment. I had a package out for delivery, so when I saw them leave I checked my mailbox. Package was not there, and no mail has been delivered all week. Upon checking tracking 2 hours later. It said, “ Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location” even though I watched them walk in and out of the mailroom.

Another wonderful experience! The people who work at the post office could not have been nicer! They have gift cards there and the parking and location are so convenient! Just great! :)

The mailman keeps leaving our box unlocked! Then the mailman after him comes to our door telling us to lock it when we already do! Stop leaving our box unlocked then blaming us for it! Also stop putting my neighbors mail in my mailbox.
