I had a package to be delivered using USPS Priority Express, and not only did the package arrive early, but the staff at the USPS Medrano post office were all beyond stars in my opinion. One of the managers there helped me stop my package from being sent back to the sender because they incorrectly shipped to a PO Box instead of Smart Locker as I had requested. Then they even allowed me to retrieve the package after hours. Maria there was extremely friendly and helpful by explaining to me where the delivery failed, and how to properly request the shipment next time. The manager even followed up with me after hours to make sure I was able to pick it up. All SUPER Friendly people, and I highly recommend working with them. They all deserve raises.

Came here at 8:50 am on a Saturday because the website says it would be open. They open Saturday at 9 am.
Then some old man worker was complaining about nobody give him trouble because he hadn’t finished his oatmeal. C’mon now. His attitude was horrible.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. The Staff is absolutely terrible all of them from the ones inside the office to the ones that drive and deliver out of this office. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place about my mail. I have drivers leaving my mail in an Apt mailbox that has no door, this is against policy. So I put a hold mail on my mail only to come here two days in a row and guess what NO MAIL is here. I have informed delivery and it states my package and my mail is at the post office I get here no mail. Wait all day for the carrier to come to my apartments so I can get my mail, and guess what NO MAIL. So I’m back at the post office Today 3/25/25. I’ve been standing at this door literally 20 minutes. Ringing this freaking bell and no one has answered it yet. This is absurd. WOW so they have my regular post carrier to come back to the post office to bring me the package. Mind you he hasn’t been here the last few weeks and the other carriers that took the normal two carriers place was absolutely trash 🗑️ .

terrible place sent package out with 2 day priority express from Dallas to Houston and it's took them 6 days to delivery all my stuff in package is ruined. terrible experience. don't come to this stupid lazy ass usps location

They can't deliver the package, not once or twice, many times. Staff was on their personal call while they work with customer in line, terrible!

I've always had pleasant experiences here. I'm not sure what's with the other reviews. I came at 10 am and was greeted by Nedra. She was happy to assist me to ship an eBay return. I will certainly be returning here.

I was out of town and my father was attempting to help me return an item from ebay. I gave him the label ebay sends to do returns but Clerk 09 said that she had no idea what to do with it and refused to attempt to scan the item. My father manually returned the item and now I have to work with Ebay and pray I get my money back due to this clerk’s error. I am not sure what is going on with USPS lately, but it seems like there are issued throughout.
