Terrible service . I go to get money orders to pay with my credit card. They always take it out of my cash deposit. Never asked me how am I paying.

This location HAS A SELF SERVICE KIOSK. I’m realizing not all postal stations have them. There is ample parking here and it’s in a wonderful location. The staff is quick and polite

I waited a total of 27mins to be serviced and once I reached the desk I noticed I wasn’t greeted with the same customer service others were greeted with. I didn’t appear to be, nor was I upset about the wait so I don’t understand why I wasn’t acknowledged like everyone else. Mario was very rude despite my kindness. I honestly believe it was a racial issue. He didn’t even confirm my address (although it was sent successfully), as well as he didn’t ask if I wanted to add insurance. I am disappointed in Mario and the service I received from him.

Rude staff and wouldn’t even let me use the tape on his desk. Honestly the most infuriating attitude I’ve ever experienced and deserves to be fired.

You would think given the area this post office is located in, they would have a competent person behind the desk. I have never encountered anyone as extremely lazy and incompetent behind the post office counter as I did when I interacted with Mario. I came in with two international packages, properly filled out form online and Mario did not know how to go about processing it. He made the assumption the packages were paid for when it clearly stated on the top right hand corner, "US POSTAGE REQUIRED. APPLY US POSTAGE HERE." I repeatedly had to tell this person to read, reading is essential...This package was not paid for. The barcode needs to be scan, postage printed out, etc. Mario refused to listen and stated the form needed to be taped to the package and he reached for the flimsy scotch desktop office tape he was trying to sell me for $3.99. The USPS has the clear adhesive shipping window for these forms. Instead of inserting the form into this window and sticking it on the package, it was too much work for him and he insisted I buy the tape.
Mario, if you are reading this the only future you hold at the post office is cleaning the bathrooms. This does not require reading or thinking.

Alecia cost me 3 hours of my life. She cut corners, shushed me when I tried to point out errors, and continued to say things like “it doesn’t matter” on making sure things were itemized re: customs forms. She messed up the address 3 times, “fixed it” with smeared sharpie, mix matched the custom forms on the boxes, got frustrated, and just walked away. I had to rip the labels off my boxes and start all over with a different employee.
I’m in disbelief at how badly it went. I wouldn’t trust her with my lunch order, much less an intl package.

Horrible service. Came to verify my identity in person for an address change. I have changed my address online dozens of times in my life. This is the first time I’ve had to come verify my identity in person, it was a horrible experience. I don’t remember his name, but the Hispanic guy at the counter is completely useless and rude. I have all of the documentation in the world, proving that I now reside at a different unit (in the same building!) he made me find documentation with my old address… This is the post office. Can’t you see where I get mail? Idiot

It seems like the US Postal Service picked up homeless, clueless people or some who just crossed the border illegally and put them on the job this location to work! Definitely feels like that
