Dropped my packages off 3 days ago and they still haven’t been scanned in. When you have a small business shipping plays a big part. The self service machine was closed so I asked the lady at the counter if she could scan them in right now. She said yes but obviously hasn’t scanned them in yet. She had blue contacts in that’s all I know but clearly ignored what I said to scan them in right now… Anyways I wish that they had better service at this location because it makes my business look like shipping is slow when it’s not. I don’t want that reputation ?

Terrible customer service. I came to this location out of convenience since I was running errands. Just glad this isn’t the location that’s closest to me. I sell clothes online through Poshmark and have an option to get a QR code and have USPS scan the code, print the label, and package my items. Walked up to the front desk and first thing I said was hey I have a QR code. The lady wouldn’t scan and kept saying “you need a package, where’s your package” in the rudest way possible. Had she scanned she would’ve seen that the label and package was paid for and the item was for express shipping.Literally went to the USPS near my house the other day and with a similar code for a different item and had no issue. I even use to package items and would be told “we provide the package” from the USPS representative. Yeahhh first and last time at this location for sure.I see why there’s 2 stars.

Terrible, terrible location. Lady at the counter, Alicia, was very rude. Basically stating I had to have my box taped up prior to sending out the box. She printed the label and try to charge me $3.99 for tape to tape up the box. I said I will tape it up myself and she ripped up the label and said they couldn’t give me the label after scanning my QR code. I went next door to the Walgreens/FedEx and they were nice enough to tape the box for me no charge. The lady at the counter said the tape should be provided. Rude service!!

I believe this post office is the absolute worst! I cannot believe how incredibly rude Leslie is. No forms were out and when I requested one, she was super annoyed and rude. To the point that when I got up to the window and she gave me a scowl, I left. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Needless to say, I went to my favorite one on SMU BLVD!

I was expecting an important package for delivery on 11/25; the mail carrier did not leave it, stating "did not have access to the building..." which wasn't true. Regardless, the package did not show up 11/26 or 11/28 and no additional updates on tracking. I called the post office and spoke to Dee or Dean (sorry if I am misspelling). She looked and said she didn't see the package but took my number and said she'd call me back. I did not expect one, that's just the service I've come to expect. Not only did she call me back, but allowed me to come after hours to pick up my important package. She was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Thanks again!

Leslie was helping a customer before me. The costumer asks her how she’s doing and Leslie responds with “ma’am I don’t want to answer that, it hasn’t been good”. The customer then asks her if it was because they were short staffed. Leslie proceeds to take this opportunity to complain about ALL of her coworkers, saying she doesn’t understand why they hire who they do, that they don’t want to work, etc. Her mask was under her chin most of the time I was in there, too.I sent off packages in December and Cecil was wonderful to work with, but Leslie’s attitude was heard by everyone in line and gave the place a negative feel. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but it’s been several times now.

Kept me standing for 40min at one of the front registers while they figured out how to send my mailers. Out of 20ish other post offices we’ve done drop offs at.. this one has no respect for peoples time and are clearly untrained if they have to get on the phone to be instructed by their own supervisor to go onto their own website and follow a guide to learn how things need to be done. Literally had to walk out on them because I couldn’t afford to let them waste more of my time while they are learning to do their job.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This place doesn't deserve one. Since I have moved to this area I have had problems recieving my mail. I have a very demanding job and making it up there is hard. God forbid they answer a phone. I don't know why they pay to have a line. I am FOREVER missing time sensitive and important mail, to this day! I don't know if they need new management or to be shut down. If they didn't exist I would get the same amount of mail. Where is my mail?!?!? Is that not embarking on federal crime? They "lose" it and then some shows up. They can't even tell you who runs the route. Come on USPS.....I need my mail!!

I will make the effort to drive down to the post office more often! Very sweet and playful workers. They did their best to find me the best deal
