This place is one of the two post offices near my home. I have zero conplaints. The staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. I definitely recommend this office.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I got a call from a USPS employee asking about a “missing package” but she couldn’t even provide a tracking number so I knew which one she was talking about. When I said I’d look it up, she abruptly hung up less than two minutes into the call. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.

My package was scanned in on 7/11/25 at 2:32 pm and hasn't been seen or heard from again. This package was shipped on 6//16/25 and I still haven't received it as of 7/15/25 which is almost a month. My original receipt window was 6/18 to 6/21/25. The only thing that this post office did was scan the package in. They didn't scan it through their facility and they didn't scan the package as departed from their facility; therefore, they didn't do their job! Now the package is lost.

The 4th time they sent the mail for Coppel I don't know why if the address is clear that goes right here to 75208 this time they sent it 2 times the same envelope, wwrng they don't know how to read? I've been trying to call and ask and they never answer, they hang up after waiting a long time, in the office they told me to call that number I called and they don't answer! I paid for tracking, CERIFIED!

Manager ZACARTA WILLIAMS is a horrible manager she’s hardly ever there and supervisor DANIELLE SCOOT is horrible too they both YELLED and completely dismissed me after one of their USPS trucks hit me and all I was asking for was their insurance or a way to contact their manager I called to complain and after that call i received a call from THE MANAGER ZACARTA WILLIAMS YELLING telling me to leave her post office and stop harassing her staff I was not harassing her staff how would she know she’s never there and after days of trying to get that information THEY TRASHED MY CAR of course I’m going to be in your post office until I get the information I need to fix what USPS DID TO MY CAR

Not even this specific postal office that deserves the 1 star but the whole system - I shipped a package internationally 2 weeks ago, spent the first week trying to deliver to a town in Texas, finally made it to the airport in Chicago and as of today, it’s back in Dallas, as a layover, in its “international trip”. -.- serious, just go use FedEx or UPS because I paid close to 100 dollars for this clown show.

HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, ATROCIOUS - there are so many words - I've been waiting on a package (medication) for 3 weeks and the response I get today (01/21/2025) is that they can see it is stuck in Dallas, but not sure why. & oh, call the Dallas USPS office and found out why from them. There is no direct # for any post office on Google or on their site, and the 800 # is about as useful as a nat .................. so, wish there was less than 1 star to give. sad, unacceptable, unprofessional

I believe this location steals packages.. this is my second time getting something ordered and now it’s being delayed. The first time something weird happened saying my address was undelivered idk just chaos on USPS end. I went up there and they couldn’t locate my package. I will be up there Monday to get my package or I’m going to sue !
