My first experience with this post office was excellent, fast, and easy. Reading past reviews, I see many negative ones, some of which may not even have anything to do with the service.I will update this review as I come to this post office more often.

Pay my shipping online and they couldn't help me print the label, but in other places they have helped me print, the man was very rude to me and simply didn't want to help me

Constantly does not deliver mail. If you submit the help form, they just call you and say they have no mail for you and refuse to help. This has happened 7 times in less than 3 years, including official and government-related mail. Don't ever do a mail hold, because it is guaranteed you won't get all your mail at the end of the hold.

was trying to ship a guitar but they didnt sell any boxes big enough to package it, so an employee told us to get it packaged at fedex and bring it back. when we brought it back to them they told us that they wouldn't ship anything that says fedex on it and claimed that nobody told us to do that. went to another usps location and they shipped it no problem.

With so many bad reviews about the Asian man that assisted me today why aren’t they fired yet? These worker are rude as hell!!!!!!!!! Definitely not helpful or understanding.

I thought I left my glasses when I came to pick up my mail on Saturday. I came back on Monday before work to ask if they’ve been located. There was the Asian clerk behind the counter. I asked if he’s seen the glasses. He looked and said No. I asked him if he could find out if the guy that was helping me that day may have seen them. He said he was on lunch. But it was the rudest encounter ever. He didn’t want to help me. He kept dismissing and giving me push back anytime I asked a question about my glasses. My mom also comes to this location regularly to mail off packages and he is also very rude to her!

My packages has been missing and I've been trying to ship it to Indiana and they said it will take 3 days but it's been 10 days or more and I personally think this is very unprofessional we paid $50 just to ship it just for it to take 10 days even though it literally said 3 days

There was 6 minutes left before 2pm.
And they were not able to assist with a simple task that took lest than 5min. Poor customer service.
