Worst and racist post office. They charge me 4 dollar to buy a new tape when a tape was kept right next to him which was for general use purposes. And then a lady came behind me and he gave her the same general use tape without any charge.

When I tell you that this is the absolute worst Post Office I have ever been to, OMG. Let's start by how I noticed a couple of months back that their attitudes were trying to get better. I think they must have been nearing annual reviews or something because they were acting nicer than before by greeting you and yes ma'am, and fake laughing you with small talk. But I knew it was fake, because real recognizes real. I have been coming to this post office for years because it's easier to get to and I like the drive. Tony, who is no longer there never had an attitude. He was always pleasant. But the people they have working there now, no sir and no ma'am. This will be the very last time that I go there outside of turning in my postal keys because I am done. Today I went to ship off 15 book orders. 10 were in one package, 2 were in another and then three were separate. I had already paid for the shipping for the orders other than the 10 books package. So I just needed them to scan the books and give me a receipt. I only paid for the 10 books. The lady with the multi-colored hair and glasses tried to be nice but it all went out the window when I told her that I had other packages that I needed her to scan. She was mad that I wanted to have separate receipts. She had closed out and was like, "Next". I told her that I had the other packages and she huffed and was like, "You know you could have given them all at once." I told her that I didn't know that but that I liked to have them separate so that I could keep track better. She repeated herself. It's not always what you say but how you say it. She had a complete attitude with me and it made me feel like I was being chastised. Her closing me out and taking the next person was no different from her just having another transaction with me. Then she had the nerve to ask me for my pen (with an attitude) as if she had given it to me... This was today's episode. Let's talk about how on October 31rst, I shipped 4 packages of books to Atlanta and only two of them made it. It is now January, and they have lost 40 books of mine. So when I got back from Atlanta and went up there another lady with glasses and long black hair, literally laughed at me when I told her that they had lost $1100 worth of books and that the tracking said that it was still at that location. She went to the back, checked, and came back. She laughed and said that there was nothing that she could do. I told her that it wasn't funny and I left. I vowed to never go back to that location but as you can see I didn't learn my lesson. But today I have, I work too hard to be subjected to attitudes from people at their place of work. I didn't help you complete your application, if you don't like your job, quit. But I will be going to corporate about this location. (whatever good that can do.)

This by far is the WORST post office I have dealt with. I have not encountered one nice or descent worker. Not sure why they all have attitudes and make it a goal to cut you off when you speaking. I placed my mail on hold- request was ignored. Packages were either left at front door, in mailbox or left somewhere it should not have been despite the request of mail instructed to be held at post office- I returned to town and packages are missing/stolen and this particular branch could care less and not accepting accountability. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful! These workers should look at their lives and figure out why they are so angry and project that onto customers because it's so uncalled for. If they're that unhappy they need to find another job/career. But I do know the sense of authority & protection makes them feel like they can talk to and treat people any kind of way because other companies don't allow this.

This post office should strive for a more consistent customer service experience. Service can be great or frustrating, depending on the random chance of which clerk you get.

I waited exactly 20 minutes for a person who wants to leave two boxes, it shouldn't take so long to leave a mail.

Went to this location on a Monday around 1pm. Not expecting much based on the fact that a) It's USPS, and b) it was poor reviews. But boy, was I wrong. The postal workers at the counter were incredibly personal and friendly. They went above and beyond to help an elderly man who had trouble standing in line- brought him a stool to sit while je qaited in line and carried his package to the back to he wouldn't have to.The employee I worked with was so kind to my young daughter who wanted to mail out postcards to her grandparents. It made her smile and she felt so proud. Not sure what other people are doing wrong when they come here, but idk how you could have a bad time if this is the regular caliber of service here.

This post office location is impossible to reach. The local phone number the USPS national representatives give is not a valid number and will not accept calls. The mail carrier for my neighborhood has made a habit of scanning packages as delivered before he ever delivers the package. A few days after the package showed delivered, the package will finally show up in the mailbox or on my porch and sometimes it never comes. This has been our neighborhood experience for 4 years. Ridiculous. Many service issues have been filed and nothing ever changes.

I see a lot of negative reviews. I've had WAY worse experiences by USPS ofices. This was pleasant. Wait lines are to be expected but I was in and out in 5 minutes with a line almost to the door. They gave me someone's leftover free tape so I shouldn't have to waste money. Overall very pleasant workers and I appreciate the women highlighting the review option on my receipt and I'm sorry I forgot to get her name.

I would have given them a zero if it was an option. There website says they close at 4pm I get there at 3:44pm and I try to come in but there's a man holding the door saying they are closed. I told him it says on your website you don't close til 4. He said they close at 3 but there's a huge line in front of himI drove all the way over here to send gifts and you see all theses people trying to send packages as well and you tell us that your closed. Isee why you have a rating of 2. If you don't want to serve consumers then don't try to work in this type of setting.
