I forgot to put postage on my letter before putting it in the mailbox. They were able to swiftly retrieve it so that I could correct my mistake.

You can easily see by the number of negative reviews that the management at this particular post office doesn't care about customer service. I am willing to drive two more miles to be serviced by a post office that does more than open and close the doors.

Had to rush to post office because I got a delivery attempt notice ( even though I was home and we have mailboxes) so I was a little frustrated. Went 30 min before closing… very long line and only 1 representative working ( all the way at the end…didn’t get her name but she was so helpful to go find that package while people were waiting and she was alone. Not sure why no one came to help her… that was disappointing. But she handled every customer kindly and patiently…not rushing anyone. Made sure each customer had good service so all of their needs were met.

Lived by here for 2 years and every time I come in here the employees are always friendly and helpful, and patiently talk me through options on anything I’ve needed from passport shipping to hand-canceling my wedding invitations. I’ve never had an issue sending anything, and appreciate this location’s employees.

The two ladies that helped me out today are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot express how much I appreciate their help. Somehow I lost my receipt & it was a VERY IMPORTANT document and I had no way of tracking it. The minute I explained the situation they dove right in, going above and beyond helping me get the information that I needed and even the proof of signature. I seriously can never thank them enough. I honestly wish there were more people like them in this world that we live in today.

I think they must only employ thieves, crooks and scammers. I have never had so many packages "lost" in my entire life. They never deliver your stuff. And try sending something back to a seller, FORGET IT! It will never make it back. And they take absolutely no responsibility for it. It is always someone else's fault. UNBELIEVABLE. They have no conscious, no heart, no ethics, no morals. And I have no delivered packages.

These guys never deliver mail and lose mail all the time. Had so many things lost by them and reporting it never does a thing. This facility needs to shutdown. Have a better chance getting your items by driving across country.

I lived nearby this post office for years and I began using their services when I had some online orders that I needed to return. These are some of the most helpful USPS workers I have seen in a long time.
They help people of different cultures speaking various languages find what they need, and they often have more patience than I've seen many places.
Additionally this location has been open at times on weekends when other locations were not. As the rules change they still look to adhere to updated USPS policies while operating efficiently and helping people meet their mailing needs. Also, they have a nice selection of greeting cards available which is very convenient.
Also, when I took my older father with me one time they positively engaged him in conversation and were so nice he wanted to come back to visit this post office.
Thank you so much for all you do. It can be a challenging job but we appreciate you all!

They refused to give me my mail when I ask for it, I belive that is a federal offense refusing to mail when requested, front desk personnel are horrible, glad to know they will obstruct mail delivery

Again another package get lost, and they reported as delivered and I waste my time waiting in line and they take my tracking, make me wait outside then they come back with the same answer every time go file for claim this for not the first time i have to move for Eagle creek apt because of the mail service i am done

I would rather to ship my packages on a camel and pigeons better than using them. I have lost so many packages because the mail man Keep putting my packages in the wrong mailboxes and put them as delivered. Not the first time my neighbor bring me my packages if there was zero star, I will put but there's not an option.

Probably one of worst experiences at a post office. Brought in an application for nonprofit postage and the clerk literally said “I don’t know, my teammate doesn’t know and my supervisors has no idea what that is”. It’s an established form for Nonprofit postage and they literally said we don’t know what that is, go somewhere elseRefused to call another post office or even have the supervisor come out to tell me himself — and gave no guidance on it.I had filled in this post office’s address on the form and now have to find another post office where they know what they’re talking about apparently. Needed this done today and there was absolutely no help whatsoever
