There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !

This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.

Would give 0 stores. Does not open on time. Staff will look at you and not open the door because “the right guy isn’t here yet”.Big fail here.

Snail mail indeed! I dropped off an envelope inside this location (Lake Highlands) going to a location off Central Expy. It took 14 DAYS to arrive! Are the bins only checked every 10+ days?

I came in just before closing, with items too big to fit any of the USPS boxes being sold. While I was resigned to only sending my smaller items, Ardell took some measurements, went in the back, and found me an extra box that would fit everything.I was frazzled trying to overnight these Christmas gifts to my partner, who recently got COVID and had to cancel her flight to me, and Ardell was extremely patient and helpful with the mess I brought him right at closing time.Ardell went above and beyond, and really saved a Christmas that had already been badly disrupted for my family. This is the best service I’ve ever received and really saved the day—thanks again Ardell!
