It’s around 10am & Why are federal workers so rude, it’s like they don’t want to be bother to do their job! I’m sick of having interactions with the rudest people. And the funny part about it is that they won’t never get fired or reprimanded for their actions is unacceptable growing up I was taught the customers are always correct but now it seems like the employees are

Before I got into the lobby and employee told me I had the wrong box, I could not ship off my package, and when I asked what box I should change it to he got an attitude and said “I don’t know any of the boxes on the wall pick one” Hope his terrible day gets better, I’ll go somewhere else. 9 am on Saturday 6/7.

I have lost all faith in the United States Post Office. I spent about $250 on my brother’s absolutely gorgeous engagement party invitations. I put them in the mail, at this location, and not one person has received them, nor have they been returned to me. I went into the post office at White Rock to inquire about what could have happened. It seems to be the same woman, in every single bad review of which they are MANY, whose name is Shelby.
I told her how much stress and anxiety I was having about the situation and she could not have cared less. She treated me like the dirt under her shoe and talked to me like I was stupid. Why have a customer-facing job if you hate people? This woman is completely miserable at her job and does not need to work there. She offered absolutely no support or empathy and then gave me a bogus phone number to call a customer service line.
Why does this woman still have a job? Why is it that every single person I talked to has lost something in the mail? This is supposed to be a trusted service, and I honestly don’t know if I’m going to mail a letter ever again. This is so disappointing, as I used to be a huge supporter of the post office. But between the lost invitations and Shelby, I don’t think I’ll be using their services ever again. Pleas also note, this is only the second one-star review I have ever given. The first was given because I found a worm in my soup at a restaurant, and the manager laughed and said that my next appetizer or entrée with them was on the house. Equally horrendous customer service and experiences.

I agree with most on the not so welcoming customer service from a single female. I don’t know what’s she’s going through in her life, but I don’t wish that she lose her job, she’s human. I know life can be stressful these days,so people just be kind if you have it in you, even when someone is not displaying kindness, maybe it will rub off on the one who doesn’t have the joy that you do. I pray for her that God heals her heart and hope she can see that she is loved and so very blessed and that she may greet others who are having a bad day with a smile that will be passed on by others.

Walking into this USPS feels like walking onto the set of a sitcom — except the comedy is unintentional, and the clerks are unintentionally starring as the evil villains. Two young ladies at the front desk, in particular, have turned poor customer service into an art form. Spotting you walk in? Eye roll. Asking for help? Sigh and muttering under breath. Dare to even glance at their tape dispenser? Oh, prepare yourself for a verbal beatdown.
It’s honestly impressive how much disdain they can pack into a single interaction. USPS, I beg you: swap them out for people who actually like people. There are plenty of cheerful, customer-loving folks out there who would gladly trade places and maybe even let us use a piece of tape without a whole side of attitude.
Until then, I’ll be mailing my packages with other carriers.

Worst Customer Service Experience.
Luckily the management was able to de-escalate the situation. However, I believe that customer service representatives have to be trained properly. Especially in this type of business.

I’ve worked my entire life in customer service and the miserable women who work here do not have it and need training. If I’m shipping a package and the service I'm using says I can use a QR code for USPS to scan and ship there is no reason for the people working here to just straight up say “that’s your job to get the label.” I will wait until Monday to get better service from the post offices in Mesquite and avoid this one forever.

It's true that this location is less than stellar. Dropped a prepaid package off on Tuesday and it hasn't moved yet. Was supposed to arrive at its destination late Wednesday night, but the thing isn't even in transit yet. Go to any other location. Don't use this USPS.

Really do not like not being able to check my po box after hours. Prices have increased and accessibility decreased. It's the post office guys not a corporation, quit screwing us.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this place on a Thursday 12 different times between the hours of 930-1130AM and nobody ever picked up! So unprofessional
