My husband is a patient at the hospital and we were there on April 25, 2019 to send a package. As I was getting ready to pay, Tiffany Wood, an employee at this location, proceeded to tell me that they do not take credit cards as they are a private company. However, she seemed annoyed and her tone of voice came off as rude. When I hesitated to understand how a private company could represent a US Post office, she repeated her statement in such an insulting tone, and then asked me if I understood what she was saying because she was speaking English as if I could not understand her.

I applaud there assistance and know they are here to help. They are patient even to rude customers.

Decided to leave my package in a weird spot. Was gone not even 30 minutes and it was taken. I'm very upset at the lack of common sense by whoever just left my package. Their instructions were unclear, and despite checking everywhere, its gone. Very upset

Hello,
I called the day prior asking where the location was to submit a change of address. A lady by the name of Tiffany answered and was obviously too busy to assist me. She informed me that she was located on the inside of medical city Dallas and that I needed to either submit my request via electronically or online. I said is there no way I can print the form out due to the fact I don't have a debit/credit card with a bank, she proceeds to exasperate as if I asked a stupid question and proceeds telling me that I have only TWO options and that's either online or in person. I said yes ma'am thank you. I called again the next day to confirm the suite number, she said C atrium. I said thank you. i proceeded to go to building C as instructed and i say hello I called yesterday regarding a change of address form. she tosses the form to me over the counter, I proceeded filling it out, I made an inquiry regarding the mail hold I submitted online and she said which address did you request the hold? old address or new. I told her the new address. she says ok then it should be held at this specific location, I said I'm sorry ma'am i'm still new here and im unfamiliar with that street, her response " well I'm not at mind reader", As infuriated as I was with the her rude rebuttals, I just decided to leave a review regarding her customer service, she was helpful, however the way she spoke to me compared to how she greeted the gentleman that came in to drop off, with a smile was disturbingly upsetting, especially after having a tough few days. she acted as if i was a problem and that she didn't want to help me. Evidently I'm not a postal worker and I'm unfamiliar with how they operate and what proper protocol I should take to receive my mail. If I have the opportunity to speak with management i'll gladly enlighten them on how their employee conducted herself. You should be careful how you treat people especially because you never know what they're going through.

This isn't a retail store where you can buy any stamps. Looks like drop off and pick up only. Lame.
