Short African heavy set lady (didn’t get her name) is extremely rude, no sense of customer service at all. She would rather thoroughly go back and forth than to kindly explain herself. Should’ve seen the 2.5 stars and went to a different office. Need better employees!

This location DOES NOT HAVE A SELF SERVICE KIOSK. Be aware of that. You are required to to go the counter to purchase postage.

The lady at the front counter was rude, on her phone and not helpful… she told me not to be weird… if I would have went crazy i would have been the bad person… I see why some people act a fool at the establishments with poor customer service!

The wonderful emoloyees here at this location have gone above and beyond to make sure i got my package on time and in good shape. I was freaking out and very upset at the situation and the women over the phone (i didnt get her name) called her driver and got everything figured out. Fast. Wow, i am insanely happy with the customer service!!! Thank you!

Money orders or valuables at the post office
Never send it as a parcel. The black woman postman takes it all.
I barely found that a black man had taken $2,000 in money.
The black woman said I gave her $2,000, so she just took it.
Does this make sense??
