I want to publicly say my gratitude to the team of people here. I was having issues with my mail due to the lack of MY understanding. I placed a change address form at another location because it was where I thought i should have, only to find out it was the wrong location, and the new address was I was forwarding it to, was the wrong address as well. There was some other struggles as well. Long story short everyone from the front to the back helped me understand and get all this straightened out. I was so happy and appreciative to everyone! They didn’t have to pull each other in to help me understand. They were busy with other people and their staff got them in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed! Needless to say, I hate I will have to go to a new post office when I move but I hope their staff is as patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Crew! Sincerely 1521 Framers Branch

Employee was rude and not helpful what so ever. My first experience in a post office and it wasn't a pleasant visit. Worst USPS to go to.

Today July 3rd, 2024. Just leaving this location. This dude working there in this day is so freaking care less and unfriendly. Where do you guys hire these people? For real! Ok it’s not easy to work with costumers I get it. But how can USPS be so careless with their employees. It is not the first time and I was assisted before for better people. Dude very short on his words, ladies on the line being so kind and nice and he responding with zero expression. I shipped something international and dude gave me a blank declaration, didn’t even care the information wasn’t there. I went to ask for a pictures and he gave me a second paper as blank as mine instead the one I filled. He doesn’t have to get a damn about my things I paid for that. Next time doing Fedex.

Post off I found online and drove to apparently isn't open to the public. No answer, except a runaround, if you call. Waste of time and gas.

We paid for a mailbox key(for commercial property) back in mid December 2023. After almost 4 months, have not gotten it yet. I visited the post office many times to check, the clerk always answered: have not made it yet. When asked them when it will be ready, the answer always was: don't know.
