this has happened to all my packages even when i am home. i cannot submit a form online so i cant get it rescheduled for a redelivery, i have to waste my time to show up to the post office just to figure out if whether or not they have it.

This is the absolute worse post office I've ever seen. I moved into a new subdivision in Seagoville in March and I am yet to receive my mail at my home mailbox. No one seems to know when the issue will be fixed. I have to drive to the post office to get my mail only to find out there is nothing there and then I'm told the mailman hasn't sorted the mail so they don't even know if I have mail. The customer service is horrible they play loud music and chew gum no one greets you when approach the counter. No one answers the phone. Can somebody help this post office quickly

On line it says the post office closes at 5pm not 4:45pm.

They have postal worker who steals packages and once your report I honestly believe they remove and put somewhere. I have not seen the bastard that stole my package but put it as delivered. My ring showing he dropped of one package but failed to actually never did.

Dont use seagoville usps they have lost 20 packages i shipped out. Plus lady working up front always has a attitude.

It is not the first problem I present with this company since they leave my correspondence in another mailbox or simply do not deliver it.
In this case the package seems to have been delivered since yesterday and until today I'm still waiting for an answer because the package was important and maybe it's in someone else's mailbox

Terrible.....we moved into a new home in a new subdivision two months ago and STILL NO MAIL!!!!!!!!!! We are having to drive to the post office twice a week to pick up all of our mail!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have filed issues with this post office multiple times for several issues! Nothing ever gets fixed! This is the worst post office I’ve ever experienced! I have lived at my address for over a year and I’m still getting the previous tenants mail! Some looks like junk mail but somethings that look important I have several times wrote return to sender but I am tired of doing this! Does this post office not have any sorting process on who lives at the current address?? Seagoville USPS please get it together!

This place needs new management they are rude and the man behind the counter you can tell he’s racist. We were not greeted and he was highly rude. Not sure why the government hires people that as no customer service skills. Please get better employees.

The employees here are absolutely rude and not helpful at all. They really need a manager to manage this post office way better somebody needs to get involved and make this place of business better for the community.

Why do I pay for tracking on my packages and they don't scan them? Seriously, this is the 6th time. No progress on the tracking number. Call USPS and they tell me that the sorters just look at the zip codes and send them on. Why am I paying extra for a service they won't comply with? It's ludicrous.

I keep having the same problem every time! I don't get any important mail & i get emails saying it was returned because the post office said we moved & we didn’t leave an address. We have NOT moved at all!! ? I have
been there personally to speak to Them about this but it still happens!!
