Everything was fine until, “I have a picture of it” If you make a mistake, live up to it, fix it and move on. This post office is sketchy. No sane person files a claim when a package your office scanned as “delivered” isn’t where it is supposed to be. As long as I live here I will from now on take pictures each time I check my mail box. Especially when the items I order show me a tracking number from USPS. The worst. Since you want to take pictures the NEXT DAY of your mistake and call me to tell me “it was in your slot” all along. While my son, daughter went with me to check it, the day you “scanned it” as “delivered” again, I would NOT have wasted my PRECIOUS time making a claim with your non people customer service PHONE NUMBER, ROBO ANSWERING MACHINE. Nobody wants to call yall for anything. TRUST ME. Our entire neighborhood dreads getting packages come through this specific office. ILL BE TAKING PICTURES EACH TIME MY HAPPY AAA GOES TO PICK UP YOUR “scanned” and “delivered” packages on the DAY. Not like you, the next day.

This place is so dark . There are no drive up mailboxes here either. The interior is dimly lit . I did not feel safe being here at night. There needs to be more lighting . Some on posts at front were not working

They will not deliver your mail if they can’t pull up right next to your mailbox. I was waiting on important mail and they did not deliver it.

I never receive important mail such as debit cards -credit cards or registration stickers. I always have to pay extra and have them express shipped to me. Not fair I have to pay extra to have my important mail delivered to me because they never arrive in my mailbox. I will be contacting consumer affairs and file a complaint.

I refuse to drop off my packages outside and rather go inside because I enjoy the clean smell, the smell of fabuloso is amazing!

Thank you for being so efficient in shipping off my package. Dropped it off Thursday night and it was delivered in Wisconsin by Monday morning. I will continue to drive to this post office to ensure my packages/letters are delivered timely. Also, I’m hoping we can get a self service kiosk in the future, that would be great!!!!

They changed my key lock and didn't tell me so haven't been able to get my mail for about a month and I been calling no one will pick up at all for the past 3 weeks

No oversight. Route carrier is horrible, denies mail at will and writes tracking descriptions such as, “no access to dlvry location” which is a complete fabrication. I’ve made attempts to reach out with failed attempts. Management and their communication with the public they chose to serve is non-existing. So many issues, but willing to do the job is the main concern.

I wish I could give no stars. I have had packages bot show up on 3 different occasions and each time they always say they have no idea what happened. The phone number to the post office isn't working to talk to someone and when I went in I just got more of the run around. I always get the statement that they will call in three days and I get nothing. This is the worst post office ever! If thats the game you want to play ill just have to go through the office of postmaster general.

The service here is deployable and so bad it is almost a shame. I have lived at my address for forty years now and I have never been told that my address is none existence. My sister lives in North Carolina and resently sent me two letters at different times. And she received them back as "NO SUCH ADDRESS". Really folks, let's get real, and as to the mail, it is a hit and miss situation. Sometimes you get your mail and other times nope, not today. And the phone service you can not get the phone answered at all. I guess the postal service is just following the same road the United States government is. Down to the pits. There is no telling how much of the mail we actually get. Back in May I was in the hospital for a week and did not get a bill from one of the Drs. Then in October I received 4 of them in 5 months on the same day.

Horrible customer service with Elouise and the mailman is so lazy. I have reached out several times and no answer. Emailed and a generic answer was responded. I also left notes for the mailman to where the mailbox was being relocated, with spray paint to show where it would be relocated. He made no effort to talk to us.Left my phone number so anyone can contact me and I have not heard anything. The day I was installing my permanent mailbox ( with cement) the mailman avoided me. I saw him ride pass me. I’ve heard people are prideful of seagoville but regret moving here and as the cable/internet/electric companies call it “Shityville”. Government jobs need to have customer service or supervisor who actually do their jobs.

Packages are "mysteriously" lost here. Wouldn't recommend. Always ask for a receipt first because they won't give you one. Customer service isn't the best either.
