The worst service I ever experienced. 1st time ⌚ interacting as a business transaction. They need more workers at closing time ⏰. That poor young lady needed help way before I got there.I was there almost an hour. She closed up the supplies at 4:45 p.m. She exclaimed she was going on vacation. I can't wait to ask her again if she enjoyed her vacation. The service from her supervisor explained why she was so stressed out 😭.She left the station for a minute and then He came out. He did not offer to help the lady.Which made it more time spent when the supervisor could've helped her. He did come out after the fact. What he said to me was very hateful tone and worded wrong. Many hands make light 🕯️ work. Now I need a weeks vacation from this location. 👀

I have never felt so humiliated in front of line of so many people the way this woman Was treating me I felt so hopeless. She yelled and marched me around the lobby like she owned me . The ugly and disgusting things that came from this woman she should not be allowed to work in this establishment. People should not be treated the way she talks to people . If you don’t like your job there’s so many people that would die to be in your position. And You work for United States postal office and it should be represented as so and as an American I feel ashamed.

Worst post office ever…the workers here put Mail in the wrong PO Boxes all the time. I checked my box and accidentally opened somebody else’s check for $5000. I did not even trust giving the mail back to the employees there. I drove the check to the address on the envelope and hand delivered it myself because I had zero faith that they would get it there. This happens all the time.

This place sucks. Costumer service sucks and they love to catch an attitude. No bilingual in sight. They seem like they don’t even want to be working there. Please upgrade your employees

I really needed help with overniting.A package, the lady in the front was scrolling off on her phone. Now I see why employers say leave your phone in the back. Because the customer deserves your undivided attention. Customer service was terrible today. I will be going back to FedEx to overnight my packages. Because they help more.

I went to the post office around 4:30pm today and Really bad customer service the lady on front desk has a really bad attitude like she doesn’t want to work there really bad bad service, speaking loud with attitude to the customers.

If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. I went Saturday 3/1/25 paid $69.43 to have a package sent to Chicago Illinois, I have been having problems tracking said package from day 1, it says it was to arrive 3/3/25 by 6 pm only to get forever caught in an endless loop of automated system, seriously? No way to get to talk to a. Actual person tik after hours, I wasted all day and still have not recvd even an acknowledgement that they just pocketed my money

It is extremely rude and unprofessional to be on your phone in front of customers. The Spanish lady on the far left refuses to serve my employee despite I drove there myself she still refuses to serve while manipulating her phone. I have been a customer at this particular location any other ladies has always been nice to me.

The lady working there always has a problem with customers and has a very ugly attitude ! I don’t know how she works there or how she got the job but this lady is extremely rude and need to get her attitude fix and learn how to help people instead of being rude all the time when ask for help it seems to bother her this usps always has a bad service I don’t recommend them at all! There should be an option to give a 0 rating. It's a terrible service. They lost a package and marked it as delivered without having an apartment number. Now I understand why this post office has such a bad reputation. Terrible service.
