If your door is gonna lock after a certain time please update the self service hours on your door. Completely understand given the area the office is located, however it’s very inconvenient to make the drive when you posted Open 24 Hours for self service. ????????

Got there at 2:21pm and it was closed. There was a woman out front and she told me before I could get out of my car that the lady worked just left. The hours online and the door stated they closed at 3pm. This is reason #5987 why I really hate the USPS.

Very unprofessional in this public place of business! I went to look for a package that said I needed to pick up and the guy at the window never once asked for my info just said that my package would be delivered today! Now take in mind that I do get a email about every piece of mail coming to my address! His demeanor and facial expression were very unflattering! I’ve never dealt with him as many times as I’ve been to this post office. No name tag on so I didn’t get his name but I will!

There’s only one nice worker in there, everyone else assists you in a rude and unprofessional manner. It seems as if their only mission is to get rid of the customer as soon as possible with their ugly attitudes.

I am paying 10 dollars per letter so that it arrives on time and some months it takes 15 days to deliver the letter when I am taking a Service to deliver in 3 days.....I am taking fines of 50 dollars for late payments for his irresponsibility.

I went to get my package to this post office location, and i had this same scenario before, same problem always. Our mailman when he is in the mood to deliver our packages he do it, but when he is not in the mood, he don’t. He always says we have our mailbox blocked and that’s the reason why he couldn’t deliver our packages. Our neighbors always had their cars parked blocking the access for him to be available to do his job right! We always try to leave the room he needs to do his job, but it’s so hard when you have this kind of neighbors, but sometimes like this last time he did had acces to leave my package ‘cause he did left our mail into the mailbox, but he didn’t want to leave my package. I checked the cameras and he didn’t want to do it! And When I went to the Buckner post office, to get my package, i had a terrible experience with the clerks that they have working in there.! Such a racists ladies!! Making fun of how you speak and your accent! When I’d show her my Driver License she don’t even want to see it! When I started walking out, the two ladies started talking to each other and making fun of me! … Such a professional employees y’all have!! ??

My experience today was definitely an experience... if anyone has encountered "Ms. Nicole, the Manager" then you probably know exactly what I feel: belittled, depreciated, and disparaged.I went to my neighborhood USPS Pleasant Grove branch this afternoon (10.2.2023) around 2:15pm to mail a package and a letter... simple, yes? NO. The area where packaging is located was locked - the client in front of me and I both needed the priority mail packages; we were informed that "they can't find the keys". It went downhill from there.I could go on and on about how I was treated... but, I refuse to allow "Ms. Nicole, the Manager" to take anymore of my joy... just know: she is not the one to go to at the Pleasant Grove USPS branch for good, quality customer care.By the way, she also offered to have "me escorted out" after saying, "You had an attitude when you walked in here!"In essence, "Ms. Nicole, the Manager", seems to be a horrid person and an unpleasant employee... if she'll treat a hard-working, taxpaying customer in such a horrendous manner, I fear for the people that work under her supervision. As an example of what NOT to do, I highly encourage the powers that be at USPS to check out the video between "Ms. Nicole, the Manager" and me - I give my permission freely!Friends and neighbors, spend your money at a different USPS location until we are all treated with respect and dignity... it's not so much to ask for since we are spending our money and our tax dollars to keep USPS workers employed. That said... shout-out to the USPS workers at the Parkdale location... wonderful customer care!

These reviews are pretty indicative of how the USPS has been running for years and years now. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the USPS and maybe the US Government should stop subsidizing them and allow UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon and other carriers rights to deliver the mail. I paid for Priority mail and after 3 days it still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately I think we know what the primary problem is. Zero accountability. Lazy Lazy Lazy.

I had a postal worker come to our front door at 9am banging and yelling outside our home. I went outside to check who it was and he started screaming in my face. I told him not to ever do that again and slammed the door. I went outside to smoke and he was walking back and forth past our home and he started yelling at me from across the street then proceeded to try to walk over I informed him of Texas laws about coming in someone’s property threatening. I called the police and called corporate to report him tried to call the local Buckner office and was hung up on by the supervisor. This is ridiculous is there anyone over them to regulate the way this office conducts themselves? Then I was told they wouldn’t deliver to us after me filing a police report against this worker. The worker also laughed in my face when I told him I was calling the office and said they won’t do anything about him. And sure enough he was right .

I have a big issue with the mailman that delivers on Foxwood Ln 75217.1st of all, so lazy. Instead of going around to the next house, he always goes across my garden and damage my plants. And 2nd of all, he’s always dropping my correspondence at my neighbors ?.He also dropped other people’s correspondence at my house.Very unprofessional!!!ZERO STARS ?

March 2023 by Carlos Benitez
If there was an option for ZERO stars I would definitely click. The post man that delivers mail at Houghton Dr. DOES NOT deliver mail on time or at all. In various occasions he stays in his mail truck parked next to the library parking lot with his white headphones on and texting with his legs up. No wonder the mail doesn’t arrive on time he is to busy entertaining himself. Please have a replacement sooner rather then later. This is ridiculous!
