Discriminates against white people.
The employee who was non-white re-weighed 12 packages I purchased postage for online.
Employee didn't do that to the non-whites. Who had pre-purchased postage.
Why purchase postage on EBay when this clown says oh it's .1 ounce over and I have to pay more?
I only needed to purchase postage on one package, but he reweighed all 12.
Will not use USPS again until they are replaced with robots.

There is no reason that this location does not have a five star review. I come into This location, multiple times a week mailing my packages and every single time I have been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service from Mr. Warren, Adrienne, Helena. And I have truly enjoyed coming here. They make shipping packages for my very busy business super easy not to mention I have never had a package go missing or an issue with any of my packages. I’m truly in shock that this location does not have five star review. However, I do want to take a moment to say thank you so much to the staff for always giving me the best service and handling my packages with care. Your effort does not go unnoticed. You all truly work fast, deliberately, and with a smile on your face every single time. Thank you so much for all that you do! Love, MOODY.

This review is going to be more about the USPS company overall. In January 2025 I mailed a $120 package that I sold on eBay from this post office.
10 days later there was a message from the eBay buyer that the package did not move in the USPS network and requested me to refund his money, which I did. Then I filed a lost package claim on USPS website (it had $100 insurance) and one month later got denied, because of insufficient evidence. I submitted an appeal with more evidence and then two months later after the initial shipment of the package I noticed that it started moving in the USPS network again. I immediately intercepted the package on USPS website to return it back to me and that got denied too. I called USPS customer service to ask for help, they acknowledged the issue
and promised to return it back to me. A couple of days later I received a call from a different USPS post office, they said they cannot re-route the package and I need to keep trying intercepting it on the USPS website, which I did again, and it got denied AGAIN! Long story short, the package ended up at the eBay buyer! I was lucky the buyer was an honest person and returned it to me, just needed to buy another shipping label.
After this happened, I stopped using USPS and always choose either UPS or FedEx now. Sorry, but this company is a huge mess. Most of the packages arrive late.
Be careful and think twice before using their service.

My package is 4 days late as of today. According to the fake useless tracking information, it has made 3 round trips to the same 3 distribution centers fron COPPELL TX TO FORT WORTH TX TO DALLAS TX 3 SEPARATE FREAKING TIMES AND I LIVE IN DALLAS. Had to call the company I ordered from about it to get them to file a missing item investigation. Now they've updated the tracking to missing items. Just say that in the first place. USPS suckz. They either lose it or steal it. Have u sitting around waiting for your items that they know is never coming. Use another service if you actually want your items. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

This will be the second year in a row that our christmas cards have gone missing. 150 of them. We dropped them off inside this location several days before thanksgiving and no one has gotten them. Last year we had to resend them. We’ll have to do the same again this year. My suggestion is to use a different branch as there seems to be an issue with this one.

Won’t let customers leave posted mail at empty counter space, say to wait at pickup door, but nobody is at the door. Their drop off box is consistently full and on days when it was not, my mail was dropped off mid afternoon and still didn’t go through until the next day. Additionally, the clerks will give you attitude for just standing near the line, reading their signs, trying to figure out how to just drop off some posted mail without waiting 15 minutes in line. Luckily I only have to go to this post office on rare occasions. The guys on Coit are courteous, will let you drop mail on the counter AND their staff regularly removes mail from the drop boxes. From my experience, post offices who can’t consistently manage simple courtesies tend to be struggling with finding and keeping good management who can keep things structured and make sure that there is enough staff available to keep things running smoothly.

Worst location I've ever dealt with. For over 4 years these people who deliver the mail constantly leave the whole door open, allowing anyone to get into everyone's mail in the complex. I've had my mail stolen frequently (with sensitive information by the way) just because these people are too lazy to close the door and lock it. It's unprofessional and unacceptable.
