At this point I don’t have no words I’m done after this if it ain’t mail don’t deliver my packages I just rather pick them up for now on, I’m so done and then there phone service is horrible.

I’ve never experienced such consistently rude and dismissive behavior from a government employee as I did with this manager at the Joe Pool Post Office. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism were shocking. Instead of offering assistance or resolving concerns, the manager responded with condescension and blatant disrespect—not just to me, but to others waiting in line.
It’s unacceptable for someone in a leadership position, representing the United States Postal Service, to treat customers with such disregard. We deserve courteous, helpful service—especially at a federal facility meant to serve the public.
If this is the standard of leadership at this location, it reflects poorly on the USPS as a whole. I urge upper management or the regional postmaster to investigate the conduct at this branch and hold employees accountable for their customer service. A post office should be a place of reliability, not a source of frustration.

Dropped off a package a week back and looked over the tracking history only to see the package is going in the complete opposite direction of its destination..now my package will be arriving super late and this is the third time they’ve done this

Don't waste your time with this location they don't care about their jobs. The staff was rude and condescending. File a complaint with the post master and move on. The elderly at the front desk laughs and customers frustration and doesn't care. Defund this location.

The Supervisor in her office is not professional and very disrespectful. She came out to yell and told me to quiet my baby down. Although, I thought I would be in and out. It’s already hard enough to fill out the paper slip and hold a toddler still. I let him roam. He did not touch anything on display at all and the Post Office had one family other than us and they didn’t seem to be bothered because he’s just a child. Again, the supervisor came out her office to tell me to control him. It should not have been this exhausting to come mail a package. The supervisor did not make the situation any better. This is not the first complaint I seen she has towards women and children either. She needs to be removed from her position if she cannot approach people in a respectful manner! She did not give a impression of good Customer Service!
However, the woman who took my package at register was understanding and did her best to get me in and out.
