This by far is THE worst Post Office I have ever been to. No one ever knows ANYTHING. There is one new lady in there, she is very polite but she has only been there two days. NO ONE ever knows anything. They can’t answer a question for you and they are slow as molasses!! Terrible location!!!

I’ve always been to this post office, everyone there has always been friendly! Till these last 2 times that I’ve been here! New person working at the window rude as can be. I tried paying cash she said no cash because she didn’t have a cash drawer! Really? Oh she also posted a sign “ON BREAK COME BACK LATER” no estimated time! SMH

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.

Worst experience ever!!! No package was ever delivered by the Simpson Stuart location but I have an email stating that they did. It must be an act of God to inquire because they NEVER answer the phone. I guess I've lost my property and my money.

I've never seen a PO that closes the PO Box area so you can't get to your over priced box. Crazy!!!

The counter people have the worst attitude at this location. They treat you like if you're an idiot. I've sent several packages through this location and was never treated as bad as I have today. The act as if they don't care.

They get 1 star because I can't leave zero. I've had to request that vendors not ship my orders using USPS. I'm willing to pay extra to go without the hassle. They struggle with envelopes so ftlog do yourself a favor, anything that doesn't come in an envelope, DO NOT USE USPS! Especially if you need the package in a timely manner. Mind you this applies to THIS location(Simpson Stuart)

They rarely deliver packages. I have to take off of work to go pickup my package. I don't think they even put them on the truck?
