This is the only location of Veritex that I do my banking with. The staff is very pleasant and they greet you by name. Nancy makes sure to clarify any questions or concerns that we have. Kudos to this branch for it's outstanding level of Customer Service.

Excellent customer service! When I went to close out a CD they were unable to print my cashier's check due to an issue with the computers. Later that afternoon they drove 20-30 minutes to hand deliver it to me at work so that I didn't have to take off early to get there before they closed. I was going to shop around for rates before putting the remainder back into a CD. Well, shopping around is no longer necessary! with customer service like that.... it's a no brainer....even if I could find a better rate, I could never find better service!

We love this "community" bank and the fact that everything is very personalized. Our family owned construction business has several accounts and we also bank personally with them. If you want fantastic customer service, a personal touch and a great level of attention, then bank here!

Horrible service. I was recently transferred from Green Bank to this lousy place on Abrams. Waited in drive through today for over 20 minutes and finally had to walk inside to process a transaction. Hate this place.

August 29 2018. This has got to be the worst bank I've ever had to deal with.. forget trying to get a loan from the idiot they call a loan officer. UPDATE: April 25 2019, I'm purchasing a property, I asked to use the conference room for about 30 mins. I will need docs notarized from the banks notary, I would also need a cashier's check from the bank. I was told NO. This bank is horrible, no customer service to speak of. if you don't have an account here I would not suggest opening one. Antiquated Bank procedures, they have not kept up with the times. it's truly a hassle being with Veritex Bank.

Quite possibly the best bank I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I've had the pleasure to be a business customer for many years and have now decided to move all of our personal accounts in 2019. If you've not had the chance to work with these fine people you should make that your New Year's resolution.
