I was assisted by both Adan and James. I originally arrived with a hand full of questions and left with all of them answered feeling confident to proceed with a successful purchase. The transfer between my previous carrier to Verizon as well as the equipment were all a smooth process.

JAMES IS AMAZING! Let me start with saying I have had a business account with Verizon for 30 years. I have only over seen it for the last 15ish years and I have had some good in store reps be really good. That being said never have I ever had amazing customer services. I told him my goals and he did a deep dive to find out exactly how to do that coming back with options and all financial brakedowns each would result in.
When our search lead to calling customer support we ran into a objectionable bad attitude call center woman who was telling us no, not possible and using some internal company memo to back up why it wasn't. James knew that she was wrong and pulled up the memo only to see she was wrong and just doubling down on her stupidity. Tho hard to hear her with all the forign languages being spoken in the background she kept trying to argue with James and myself thar she was right. When we asked to speak to her manager she put us on mute and listed in to us talk, coming back on to argue and further state her intelligence, only to then put us on hold again. Tho I wanted to stick around for james and I to get justice, I had to leave. James stayed on hold wating to make sure that this woman doesn't represent Verizon and its otherwise great customer care.
I came in the next day to resolve the issue to find out james stayed on to accomplish our task. Even tho she eventually he still did it.
James thank you again.

I’ve been with Verizon for 21 years. Decided to upgrade phone and paid the new $30 fee they charge now to transfer data. Unfortunately, it was taking a long time so Rep suggested I could leave and let the set up complete. I’m not the most tech savvy, but he told me I could just stop at the store near where I’d be of any issues. Well it stopped transferring, so I stopped at the Lemon A e and Oaklawn Blvd store to see if they knew what needed redone. I walked in, they were not busy, and saw three employees chatting, none greeted me nor paid any attention to me. As the guy who ended up being the Manager named Zack, was yelling across the room for an employee to do something, he finally looked at me angrily, and without any sort of a friendly customer service type of greeting, he raised his arm and yelled across for me to sign in. Given he was just chatting with employees, it surprised me he didn’t come over and share that there was a sign in. I had no idea.
I signed in and continued waiting for him to assist me. Finally after about 15 minutes he walked up with a very angry look on his face and said, “what do you need.” Again total lack of customer service. I shared Iwas a very loyal customer who just renewed that loyalty with a new phone and contract. I shared what happened and he cut me off aggressively, telling me I didn’t buy it there. And just needed to know what happened or to get it going again. After pushing it off on the other store, he then said, “well I’d have to charge you again” and that it’ll be awhile before he could even get to it. I reminded him I already paid for transferring data, and now couldn’t use my phone. There was no, “‘I’m sorry about that” or “ let me see if it’s something simple” etc.. he was just rude and made it clear I was a bother.
At that point, I asked for the Manager and he said he was the Manager. I got his name and he turned and walked away dismissing me. I ended up just driving back across town and dealing with the other store. They felt so bad, and all tried to help, including the Manager. We figured it out, and they went out of their way to help and offered their cell # if I had issues when I got home. That is called loyalty customer service, something this Zack guy totally lacked. From other reviews, I wish I had gotten Jane’s. Seems he genuinely cares about taking care of customers.
Do not waste time at this store, the Manager is rude and could care less about a good customer or any customer it seems. Zack needs some serious training on how to treat customers, I was so close to returning phone and leaving Verizon over this.

I went in on a Tuesday morning to get WiFi for my apartment and James did the unthinkable he was amazing customer service at it’s finest he was quick explained and showed me everything and made me feel at ease thank you again for helping me James 10 stars for sure

They are always extremely friendly and professional. They didn’t have what I wanted my most recent visit, but referred me to the Knox store. My only complaint is that the hours are far too short for a store this busy.
