I went to the Verizon store just to get my phone activated after I broke it and left with a whole new world of knowledge after talking with Adan! His knowledge, professionalism, and vibe was great and he really took care of me and all my Verizon needs. He took the time to research my account, to find out how I can save money, and hook me up with the Verizon perks that I did not even know about. Adan is the not just a salesman, he is an individual that takes pride and loves what he do in helping people and showing them the best!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE IT'S NOT A CORPORATE STORE AND WILL BE HAVING EXTRA FEES. ALSO NO SUCH THING AS "FREE" NOR "DISCOUNTS " BE REALLY CAREFUL. GET THE POINT THAT THERE ONLY "DOING THEIR JOB" BECAUSE OF COMMISSIONS. THANK'S FOR THE REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE ....!!

Absolutely worst experience ever Johnny had an attitude the entire time walked out and went home in the middle of trying to get my phone sim registered because it was his clock out time ranyah stepped in with another co worker after seeing me just sitting there and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation and I greatly appreciate them

As long as Adan works here I will never go to another cellular store! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions and made sure we were 100% ready to walk out with our new devices. I can’t give him enough praise. Also the store was clean and well appointed, overall great experience!
