I went to Verizon to take back my old phone because I had purchased a new one a month prior. The representative told me that I needed to go home to hook up to my WiFi to remove the security feature Find My IPhone. I didn’t understand that but nevertheless I did it . It was on a Friday at 5:30 PM with lots of traffic. Once at home, I tried to do the toggle and it didn’t work, so I went back up to the store and told another representative what was happening gave her my She easily connected to their Wi-Fi and remove the feature when I asked their representative why the first representative had me to go home she said sometimes it doesn’t work and if you don’t know your password, you need to hook up to up familiar Wi-Fi I explained that I knew my password. He never told me that so I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Amir. And he said he would talk to the representative because that is supposed to happen if I didn’t know my password, but keep in mind I knew my password. I’m not sure what the representatives name was or why he felt the need to make me do this senseless errand but the Customer Service sucked. I was so irritated.

Due to switching carriers I had to find a Verizon store that could provide me with a new SIM. This location was the closest to me and upon arrival everyone was welcoming and helped me right away. I was nervous of having a bad customer service experience due to a previous encounter at an AT&T store but thankfully that was not the case here.

I walked in with a broken phone stressed and completely at a loss. I walked out so happy with a brand new phone and a cheaper phone plan than what I walked in with! I got Alex she was PHENOMENAL I felt like a valued customer and she was so funny and easy going. She answered all my questions and made it easy for me to understand what was going on! Highly recommend going there!

I lost my phone, then went to this store to get a new one. I paid off my old phone got a new one to a total of over $400. The rep was pretty dismissive and even though it quick and efficient he seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. Anyways he sent off with instructions on how to get my services turned on. I did the step by step text instructions and couldn’t get connected. Later that night I would spend 4 hours with chat support with non of them being able to help since the original eSIM wasn’t installed correctly. It ended up taking 2 whole days to finally get my phone up and working.

Went here to get answers to questions regarding service when overseas and to look at some new phones for my son. I chose this location because it was close and considered a corporate store. Therefore, there would be no "pressure" sales. I walked out with the answers I needed and a phone for my son. Mission accomplished. Very helpful staff, too. I'll be back! ??
