My husband and I wanted to get a new phone and phone plan and wanted to talk to someone in person to get a better understanding of everything.I have been with Verizon for about 8yrs now and have not had any issues. We went in about an hour before they closed and told them exactly what we wanted. Thania, our sales rep, helped us save A TON of money and help us get a better understanding of our plan.We purchased the new Samsung S24+ and phone plan for my husband and I got the iphone 15 pro max. Thania was very nice to talk to and helped my husband and I feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back to her for further needs in the future!

Switched carriers via online this morning and needed to pick up my order in-store. Steven assisted me with retrieving my order but he did not seem too interested in answering my questions about my future bill and my trade in questions. I figured since I am in the store they should be able to look up and find the information I needed relatively quickly, but it was all downhill from there. Considering I switch carriers and I am a new customer I thought I would be treated with a bit more patience. I asked Steven for the manager due to his lackluster customer service, and he was rather combative and questioned why I wanted to speak to the manager.. Also, I just bought a $1200+ phone, Steven didn't even bother to ask if I needed a screen protector or a case which I was completely willing to pay in store and needed. Really disappointed, and second guessing if I chose the right carrier to begin with.

BEWARE OF VERIZON THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. DONT EVER TRADE YOUR PHONE IN AND SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THEIR "PROMOTIONS". I have been a loyal customer to Verizon wireless for 15 plus years but as soon as possible I will be cancelling my service. I bought a pixel 6 pro and payed it off out right. When the new pixel 7 pro came out about a year later I traded in my pixel 6 pro, that was in brand new condition, and was under the impression that all I needed to do was pay the overhead for the new phone and I would then own that phone and nothing would change on my plan. Now the new pixel 8 is coming out and I was going to do the same thing again and trade in my basically brand new phone , pay the overhead for the new phone and then own that phone. So I call to customer service to order my new phone. I was going to bring them even more business once again but instead of that happening I was made aware of a "promotion" I had been entered into without all the details of the contract being presented to me. It turns out that the scam ,excuse me, "promotion" that I had been entered into had a clause that stated that Verizon would only pay me 19 dollars and 44 cents towards the phone each month on my bill for 36 months and if I want to opt out of that promotion I would have to pay them another 498 dollars towards the phone that I gave them that I already owned outright!! How is this even legal??? This is a scam that traps people in their contracts for years....... this is not how you do business. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Verizon is scamming good people out of their money. With inflation sky rocketing Verizon is scamming their customers. They owe me 498 dollars on a phone that I owned and gave them but now if I want to buy a new phone I have to pay them 498 Dollars for a phone that I already owned and gave to them and they already re sold and profited again. SO BEWARE OF VERIZON. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. DONT EVER TRADE YOUR PHONE IN AND SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THEIR "PROMOTIONS". SELL YOUR PHONE TO SOMEBODY ON FB MARKETPLACE OR SOME PLACE ELSE SO YOU DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.

AMIR was absolutely the most disrespectful I do not understand how he is the assistant manager. I first worked with a guy named Mike he was very nice helped me with my new line and upgrade. When I did the transaction I let them know my ID had been stolen I had other forms of Id and could verify all info on the account I did the transaction. When I came to do the trade in they said I cannot do it without physical ID I explained to AMIR I remembered him helping me with Mike and he said Ive never seen you before and i needed an ID no exceptions I said why was it not a problem when I was upgrading and adding a line. He explained the phones were expensive and it was for safety I said where was this concern before, he put his hand up and said " IM DONE WITH YOU" it was completely inappropriate and Rude when my BF claimed fraud on their part he then called the store manager and said they can take the trade ins. It was sexist to disrespect me a woman but then when my BF jumped in and said they were at fault from the beginning they should have never sold me the phone's if my ID was the issue he changed his tune. Disgusting behavior Fraudulent and fishy. Go to another store if you are a woman.

I recently needed assistance with data transfer - although I got to the store 10 minutes before closing they were willing to help me set up my new phone. They understood that I had just gotten back from work and stayed until I was all set. Abdul especially helped my husband and I with the data transfer, erasing data from our old phones, finding a phone case etc. He didn’t rush us which we appreciated so much. Thank you Verizon and Abdul for offering excellent customer service.

Probably the best customer service we have ever experienced at a Verizon store! Jesus and Daniel are great to work with. They are upfront about the pros and cons of products and are extremely professional. They uphold what they say.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hate carelessness more. I just don't think Verizon pays their employees enough to care to check simple details like WHERE they're shipping a phone to, or offering to order a phone that's not in stock. My brother and I share an account. He's in Colorado, I'm in Texas.....I went to this store bc its local and closest to me to order a phone bc they didn't have what I wanted in stock. First visit, the rep never offered me that option. I had to call other stores to figure out they could do that.Week later, second visit, found someone willing to order the phone, yay. But wouldn't it be safe to assume I want it shipped to my address on my driver's license that they had in hand INSTEAD of Colorado? After all, he told me it was going to ship to MY house and he was aware of my brother being in Colorado. Then it was near impossible to get this issue fixed bc there is no shipping info provided on the receipt, and now it'll be here hopefully this week, if not next. Was never able to get this store on the phone after at least 8 different attempts to call.I switched from ATT bc of mistakes like this plus some.... but I'm convinced they're all the same. Lack of decent customer service no matter what large carrier you go to.... again probably bc the pay and training simply aren't there. Ryan Reynolds.... how's Mint taking off?

Well over an hour wasted to walk out of the store empty handed. What happened to the old days when clever service reps could make the customer happy rather than shrug and stare at their tablet and have nothing to offer. Don't go to this store to get anything done.

I just switched from T-Mobile and everyone at the store was ultra friendly. I was trading in my old 12 to the 14 and I was getting some calls and texts to each phone but not everything was syncing up. I went to the store twice and each rep only gave me some troubleshooting steps but couldn't get to the root of the issue. I went back a 3rd time and was told it would cost me $30 for them properly diagnose it. I have already wasted gas and time making trips to this store. If I was told upfront about the $30 fee then I wouldn't have a problem but to be told on my 3rd trip there was really disappointing. Very let down by this experience and I just switched over. Never had these issues with T-Mobile. Hey, at least the staff was friendly but I'll find a different location so I don't get told different information with each visit. Phone is still not fixed btw.

Michael was very helpful. He fixed the issues that customer service made when trying to order a new iPhone and Apple Watch. I spent hours with me. Researched my issues and came up with solutions. He even followed up and offered suggestion to make sure everything went well.Very satisfied! He is truly an asset to Verizon.
