Awesome service and friendly staff! Love this location! Brittany is amazing - she assisted me getting me set up with a business line and hotspot with also lowering my family's bill! Couldn't ask for such an amazing person to help and get everything sorted out. Highly recommended

the manager WHITNEY at the knox location . Where do I start.The customer service she provided is EXCELLENT!!! AFTER 2 days without a phone she listen to my bad experience and she made sure she would get my phone up and running and I was able to keep my same number. She is GREAT and excellent at multi tasking. If she is not a manager yet PLEASE PROMOTE HER!! The energy she has will take this location far. Thanks again Whitney

They have the best customer service! Jolie was the rep I was assigned to. She was excellent and helped me with a 2 day lasting process to get new phone service. She helped me activate my phone and set up right there in store

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the service and after purchase support that Whitney and Brittany provided to myself and my husband. They were both very knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to work with. At times we were confused dealing with the verification tools that the new apple products have and use between their iPads and iPhones, but even though Whitney and Brittany were much younger than us, they always treated us with respect. Hats off and job well done, Brittany and Whitney!
