I ordered a shirt on March 28 and received it last week. My son‘s event is this Friday. I called them last week letting them know that they sent the incorrect color.
After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today.
I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday.
They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I’ve spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won’t have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund.
Because who knows if that shirt would have gotten there Thursday or not. 😔
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S REPLY BELOW:
First, I truly appreciate the apology.
However, I believe it is very fair to assume he would not have the shirt on time as I could not get a delivery date from your team to begin with. I was told Monday/Tuesday, and then I, again, had to be the one to call today (Tuesday) to find out it will be Thursday.
And yes, I mentioned I would need it by Wednesday to make sure the school had time to get it us by Thursday (which I am assuming is why the original delivery date for these orders was set for Wednesday as well). If that could not happen, then I requested a refund. But again, I was told Monday/Tuesday by your receptionist last week.
Hence, when I found it today about the delivery now being Thursday, I just requested a refund and said forget it. I don't want to chance it. It would have been at my own risk and money in hopes that the correct shirt really does get there on time. But with my experience this past week, my faith is just not there.
However, my biggest disappointment (as I have mentioned over email and phone) is how this whole thing was handled. The communication and urgency towards this matter was just not there. I understand you have many customers to serve, however, having a the sense of security for your customers after a mistake has been made on your part should also be apparent.
We can agree to disagree at this point, but bottom line, I would not have been so disappointed with the service if someone was more communicative and direct the information from the beginning.
Hopefully this was just a one off thing and it improves in the future.

I was indecisive on certain aspects on what to put on my business cards, and i was helped with EVERYTHING at an amazing price, i had logo samples, color swaps, the business cards are perfect and made with great quality materials and in a short time spam!
