My cat passed away in the office. They said that I would get ink prints for my pet and when I came to pick up his remains they said that they don’t have them… smh do not recommend, especially during this rough time. How do they drop the ball like that?

Husband was made to wait more than 5 hours with our badly wounded dog. If the team here is unable to help, they should tell us so we can look for help elsewhere. We didn’t know the difference between pet er and urgent care. There are some urgent cares around open until 10 or 11pm- that might could have served us great and much faster.
Ultimately they did treat her and provided the service and knowledge she needed. All told, he was there 7 hours.

VEG is amazing! I am so grateful for their help - I believe they saved my cat's life. Every single person from reception to doctors were incredible (shout outs to Maddy, Molly, Albert, Adriana, Dr. Chabra, Dr. Pritchard, and Dr. Charney - who all provided amazing care and showed genuine concern. I am a big fan of their operational policies of allowing you to be with your pet every step of the way and the way they interact with animals on their level (floor, etc.). They kept me updated when I wasn't there and made sure I was comfortable and every question was answered when I was there. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you, VEG!

Our dog Frazier was brought in for poisoning from raisin bread. The staff was excellent in taking care of him and keeping us informed at all times. These vets and staff are super compassionate in their care of animals. I highly recommend the use of the animal hospital.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this Vetrinarian hospital and its staff! My pet was very ill and was stabilized and diagnosed by them. They even had a snack bar and coloring books for the children in the waiting room. So many people came in with their pets at certain levels of illness and the staff handled it kindly, efficiently, and at a highly skilled level. Don’t hesitate brining your pet there for help. They are all saints there!

I will never be able to thank the staff here at VEG enough !! my dog was holding on by a thread and they were so kind to get her seen and diagnosed with referrals too I owe them my all thank you sooo much !!💗❤️😭

When we came so they could check in my dog Luna. They are All fabulous. From the receptionist to the doctor to the nurses. They truly showed his they care and understood. Great job. And Luna is still recovering. But is found way better. Thank you I truly appreciate them All. ??

My husband and I took our puppy here because he thought it would be fun and tasty to eat a rock. Everyone here is so kind, patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable but specifically we were honored to have Dr. Marisa Sutterfield and Brittany treat our little guy. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience in what felt like a scary situation.

Have never been here but I heard they were amazing and they really were. My dog was seen quickly, examined and treated right away. The team kept me posted the while tike and I was able to stay there with my pet.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care my beloved Pomeranian, Mojo, received at VEG this morning. He was struggling to breathe, prompting me to rush him to the clinic. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that we were in capable hands.The open-concept treatment area was a refreshing change, allowing me to stay with Mojo throughout his examination and treatment. This environment significantly calmed him, making the entire process less stressful for both of us.What truly stood out was the impeccable customer service and the genuine passion displayed by the entire team. It was evident that they love what they do, and their dedication was palpable.
